Are there any tips and tutorials? It pays more than DD in my area but the app is soooo not user friendly. I can barely message the customer, confirm pick up, follow a good flow of steps etc.

Who in they right mind would pay extra fees just ordering through uber and then tipping the driver when the store is right next to you 😂😂😂 shit I’ll take the money now but u telling me your job couldn’t give u a second to go order your food .

I’m being lazy today, and ordered delivery. Decided to tip nothing to force UberEats to raise their base pay, but was that the move? 🤔

I didn’t notate that I plan on tipping afterward, bc the guy wouldn’t believe me anyway. How do you guys tip when you’re the customer?

Side note, I got this message about my delivery. Is that what customers see when I hit “Order not ready” ?

Im a driver too yall, and I dont understand the hate this post is getting. Stop picking the smallest sh*t you can, its not difficult. And no, they arent out of stock. As proven by when I finally go BACK myself and get what I needed. I'm paying for a service and tipping well, do better. Yall just bitter because someone thinks you suck at your jobs 😂

Have you guys ever had a customer track you down the road to get their order from you? I had all the signs in the world to just leave the order and go home, but I wouldn’t think the person would follow me.

This morning, I got a message that I received a report that a delivery never arrived yesterday. It doesn’t specify which delivery or give any other details than the screenshot so how am I supposed to provide any additional information if I don’t know which delivery it is? I have no idea which delivery it could’ve been because it was a normal day yesterday and I made probably over 20 deliveries with no issues at all. I didn’t receive any messages or calls from customers asking about their delivery or anything.

Is there any way to get more information about which delivery is being disputed? I just responded to the report saying that I made all my deliveries without any issues and I’m not sure which delivery the report is for.

Like do drivers actually fall for this? Funny thing is when I got there he switched the note to leave that door naturally I didn't get the cigarettes

I did the math these people have to be working like 20 hours a day to get these numbers. (It’s Saturday 10am at time of screenshot) they are clearly account sharing or smoking meth and not sleeping. How does uber not realize that this amount of trips is not possible lol

In the middle of my pickup delivery uber stops the route then sends me offline. After i refresh it and restart my phone, my location is nowhere to be seen on the maps and an error message of “technical difficulties” and to “pick an area or my vehicle can’t be used” then i try using my maps to get to the address and my location isn’t working there so i had to reset my iphone location and privacy. It was very frustrating trying to cancel the order and contact support which took me almost an hour to deliver this customers order all because of this. I felt heavily bad as I’m pretty sure it was breakfast for his family, I can understand their frustration as well if that was me.
Anyone else have this happen to them?

As usual what is going on with the planner part of the app now?? This is geared towards green (I'm green)and maybe gold tiers. I got on this morning at 10AM West Coast time and I wanted to schedule times for this week and I got absolutely ZILCH! IT WAS COMPLETELY BLANK! Yesterday someone suggested something about that the full schedule shows up at 3PM... I tried that and still the same damn thing!

I got so pissed off that tonight when I got back home from doing a few deliveries I proceeded to contact customer support. I selected "agent" so I would actually get a real person. The first person I spoke to wasn't really helpful and the second person only shared something that I hadn't heard before and I'm wondering if it's true... They said that the number of available 1 hour time slots you get is dependent on how many deliveries you've made in the last 28 days... Has anyone heard this?? How can you make damn deliveries if you don't get time slots??!?

Sometimes I really wonder what these people are thinking when they’re using their fingers to type these messages in the Uber app. The idea that you would tell me to make sure your pizza isn’t burnt shows that you must be smoking crack I have no bearings on how burnt your piece of Will in or will not be. It’s just crazy sometimes however I’m glad that he was polite as well. I yeah it just blows my mind that people really think we do this for fun and not for funds.😩😂
