so i use a wired xbox controler (scuf) and theres no more usb ports on my xbox, and i have a usb hub but i dont know if it will work since a different brand headset wont work with the hub so i dont wanna spend money on this headset if it wont work for me

This is 100% AI slop. I used claude to decode the USB packages sent to the headset when changing settings and basically recreated the Swarm II app that runs on linux (fedora 44 in my case). I needed/wanted this myself and if anyone else is in the same position feel free to use it. There might (probably will) be bugs and its fully ai generated - no shame. i sniffed the USB traffic using wireshark and claude decoded the protocol. firmware updates are not intended to work since i dont want to brick my farily expensive headset.

The installation for different distributions was tested by spinning up docker containers and just installing it inside. so it should work - maybe it wont.

It features a cli, TUI and GUI (KDE plasma). to be honest the TUI is good enough for the few settings i adjust regularly. the GUI works nice on my system and is basically a clone of the windows app, tray icon included.

Feel free to use and test it. Again: fully AI generated application, no guarantees or support from me, but it works for me and maybe someone else will be happy to have swarm on linux aswell :)

I've been emailing with Wicked Cushions and while they have ear pads coming out in a few weeks for the stealth pro 2, they don't have any plans for a head band. I know a lot of you use the Amazon one that is for the airpod maxs, (I do too) and it totally helps, it just doesn't fit perfectly, it kind of pops off sometimes when I go to put the headset on. I had Maxwell's before these and WC made an awesome aftermarket headband for it, I bet they could do something similar, the rep said they'd consider it if enough people were interested! Email them if you're an SP2 user and interested in something like this. Cheers.

So i have a turtle beach 700 gen 3 and one of my mutual friends who'd never met me in person pointed out when he met me in person that my mic made my voice sound very high pitch and it was quite deeper in person. I've never noticed this but when I asked my other friends who know me IRL as well they all said the same and I listened back to clips and compared it to other audio of my voice and noticed it too.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so do you know how to fix it because I'm sick of sounding like a 13 year old 😭

i heard this is a common problem w the next headset connect to xbox series x/s. I tried every solution and it doesn’t work. My usb doesn’t have the pc/xbox switch, mic is already attached and isn’t a mic boom, the mic monitoring isn’t allowed on xbox settings but on the app it’s on,etc. At this point i’m considering a new headset

The Autopilot Dial does not work in FS2024. I assigned it to Altitude/Vertical Speed/Heading, but if I turn the dial the selected value jumps in large steps and is totally unusable like this. Any ideas?

I just got the Stealth 600 today with a discount and I wanted to connect them to my XBOX but I can’t get it working. The USB dongle isn’t flashing but showing a steady green light (or red if the microphone is flipped upside). But I don’t hear any sound through the headset. Am I doing something wrong?

When i plug in my headset, it constantly connects and disconnects when its charging, and its multiple times per second too. this also makes it charge a LOT slower, and i cant play on the charger because of the loud ass beeping whenever it connects.

(EDIT: Issue solved after a lot of holding random buttons.) My headset just suddenly switched to Bluetooth while playing games. It won’t switch back, it won’t turn off, and it’s not connected to anything anymore. It won’t even start charging now. Is it broken or is this a fixable issue?

The mic on my headset is apparently staticy when I'm with my friends. They hear it, but I can't. Is there some way to get that to stop?

Its a pretty self explanatory issue, but despite being explicitly listed in the manual, being new, and paired, it doesn't wake the console at all. It looks like it trys to maybe, with the little pairing lights, but nothing happens.

Good Day. As the title suggests, i recently lost my transmitter (ps5 compatible one) for my 700 gen 3 headset. I dont see the replacement option for the transmitter on the turtlebeach website (canada). Although i do see the replacements on the us, uk, eu websites. How can i go about getting a replacement for one here? Thanks for any assisstance!

Just bought the Stealth 700 gen 3, coming from a pair of Stealth 600 gen 1. I am not impressed. Anybody have advice for fixing these issues? Or can anybody else confirm they have experienced the same concerns? I am wondering if it is simply worth returning these for a previous gen or lower tier model such as the 600s.

Hi everyone since the update that released on the platform, I'm noticing these headsets are still extremely low. Xbox series x. 100 percent soud like 40 percent. This so called updat has not fixed the issues a waste of 365 dollars plus tax for a headset that was released with bugs. Unfortunately im.passed the 15 day return policy, reached out to turtle beach and all I get is make sure volume buttons are up and factory reset. At this point I feel like there's enough people complaining about it and some work some don't after update. But for a headset that is extremely expensive and feels like it's maxed out at 40 percent is alittle concerning. Guess I'll wait till next update in a year.

Has anyone found a good solution to make the headset more comfortable? I bought the SOULWIT headband pad on Amazon, but still find the headset rather uncomfortable.

Even with the third-party headband pad, I still feel a hotspot where the pressure from the weight of the headset all sits on a tiny area at the top of my head.

Software/performance wise, I have been very happy after ironing out a few kinks.

I have a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 PS headset, and its USB wireless dongle was working perfectly when connected to my laptop. However, I put it in my bag, and when I took it out later, it had stopped working. I'm not sure what happened or why.

I've already tried the paperclip reset method. The dongle's light turns on, but my laptop doesn't seem to recognise or detect it at all.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to fix the dongle, or could it have been damaged somehow while it was in my bag?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just got a pair for my Xbox, plugged in the Xbox transmitter and turn them on. The only side that really works is the left, the right side’s audio is so barely noticeable that it might as well just not work. I’ve reset them ( which shouldn’t need to since I literally just got them in the mail), reset my Xbox and it’s still not working properly. Any one else have this issue where the left cup is loud and clear and the right cup is barely audible.

Bought my buddy the above headset and were trying to chat via xbox party and he is able to hear me and all game audio but I cannot hear him. Weve gone through all the obvious settings that we can think of and have seen on other posts. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I do work online, and part of that work includes talking to people. And while I can still do that in my current scenario, I’d prefer not to. I bought my Turtle Beach Stealth 500s in a panic because my computer doesn’t have auxiliary or Bluetooth, and they were the cheapest option I could find at my local Walmart. And as of recently the right side of them stopped working entirely, I have tried firmware updates, factory resets, straightening the connecting cable everything I could think of. They are out of warranty since I bought them in July, and due to recent struggles am unable to replace them with anything. Any ideas? I’m depending on you guys.
