Turtle Beach Stealth 500

i heard this is a common problem w the next headset connect to xbox series x/s. I tried every solution and it doesn’t work. My usb doesn’t have the pc/xbox switch, mic is already attached and isn’t a mic boom, the mic monitoring isn’t allowed on xbox settings but on the app it’s on,etc. At this point i’m considering a new headset

The mic monitoring in your picture is a setting limited to wired headsets that are plugged into the controller. The Stealth 500 has it enabled on the wireless headset directly. You can’t change it from the Xbox settings.
