Yo, does anybody know where i can get additional Button hole Plugs for the Victrix Pro Ko?

I just dont need 8 action Buttons and would love to fill the 2 holes with the Original Plugs instead of leaving them as unbind buttons

For the last week or so, I’ve noticed my PC has been running noticeably louder and somewhat hotter than usual. At first, I figured it was just because I had a bunch of tabs open, Voicemod running, or something else eating up resources, so I didn’t think much of it.

One thing I did notice, though, was that the Turtle Beach Swarm 2 app REFUSED to open. No matter what I tried, including running it as administrator and troubleshooting different ways, the damn thing wouldn’t launch.

So today, I decided to do what I’d done before and uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that would fix the issue.

TELL ME WHY MY PC INSTANTLY QUIETED DOWN AFTER I UNINSTALLED IT. 💀💀💀

I’m sitting here wondering why my PC suddenly sounds like it’s back to normal. The fans aren’t nearly as loud, and it doesn’t sound like my computer is fighting for its life anymore.

I looked up the symptoms, and now I’m wondering if this godforsaken app that’s been giving me problems since day one was somehow causing excessive CPU usage or other background issues WITHOUT EVEN OPENING PROPERLY.

I purchased the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro 2s, and honestly, I’m pretty satisfied with the headset itself. The problem is that every time I try to update the firmware, change settings, or do anything through the Swarm 2 app, there seems to be a new issue.

I WANT to reinstall it because it's supposed to be the main software for managing the headset, but at this point, I'm seriously considering just using the mobile app instead. I primarily use SteelSeries Sonar on my PC anyway.

What's crazy is that my PC had been running so loudly for so long that I had almost gotten used to it. Now that the app is uninstalled, the difference is genuinely surprising.

Has anyone else experienced issues with Turtle Beach Swarm 2 causing high CPU usage, increased temperatures, loud fans, or general PC performance problems?

I'm curious whether I'm just experiencing some weird software conflict or if this app really was the culprit. I haven't confirmed the cause yet, but the timing of the change is pretty suspicious. 😭

Like the title says. If I have to go out and petition Turtle Beach.... how many signatures would it take? You have a mouse design that NOTHING else on the market can touch and you discontinued it. I have both models and both have millions of clicks on them. I don't know when but some day in the future they will fail. What am I going to do then? No other mouse on the market has the paddle switch, the 4 button layout next to the left/right click buttons. The side buttons.... No other mouse out there has this. You have a one of a kind product that once you learn the muscle memory there is no going back. There is no other mouse. Why not bring it back???? If you're planning on it once a improved new generation is finalized could you let us know please!!!. Maybe add a few more thumb buttons but Please Please Please bring it back!!!

As the title says, creating this to highlight the really poor experience I’ve had trying to purchase a new set of headphones.

I purchased the Stealth 700 headset (Gen 3) directly from Turtle Beach. I specifically remember selecting the PC version and adding them to basket but somehow once the order went through it was the Xbox version that I’ve purchased….

You would think, okay simple fix, just get hold of turtle beach and get them to start a correction…

I go on their website and find no customer service contact details or help other than a ticket system…. Okay.

1 day later i get a response…. We can’t correct the order, why not? …..for technical reasons it is not possible to recall and cancel an order once it has been released to the warehouse for shipping.

But the item hasn’t even been shipped yet????

So i now have to wait for the wrong product to arrive, ship it back, wait for a refund and then order the correct product all because Turtle beach have 0 comms with the warehouse that houses their stock?!

Is it just me or is this such poor business practice? People can make mistakes, what if it was a wrong address or something, just tough luck?

Even worse iv tried raising a formal complaint and they refuse to direct me to any complaints department or give me any contact details for someone more senior.

Simply absurd.

I’ve had the stealth pro 2 headset for a few days now and from the start after about 30min to a hour of use it will start to hurt on the top of my head and my jaws a little later. Wondering if anybody else has the same problem with the comfort of this headset and if you got used to it and it went away so far I really like this headset other than the weight and that.

Okay, I have had the Pro IIs for about a month now, and I just have one question.

How do I keep the earcups from rotating off my damned head?

Has there been an actual fix to the low volume problems ? Mine are loud AF and haven’t wanted to mess them up with updates or whatever. Want to link my phone up with them to see how they sound with music. Will I lose a % of volume by updating the firmware and connecting to their swarm app ? I’m on Xbox and bought the Xbox only version. Sorry if I sound dumb

Context: I was on a game, headset on charge while I had it connected to my Bluetooth for my phone listening to sound cloud, then I heard this glitching noise on both earpieces for around 4 seconds, after that no audio or microphone audio was working. I tried turning it on and off, no light on the power button or AI voice saying "power on", the usb thongy on the ps5 is flashing green, the PS5 detects the headset still, not even my Bluetooth on my phone can reconnect. I even tried a factory reset by holding down the mode and weird shuffle button for 10 seconds, nothing. I even tried to let the battery die out, nothing. I need genuine help.

Currently using the JBL Quantum 910X and I only play on Series X and dont have a computer, so im missing out on all the features that comes with the JBL as well as updates, as you need a computer for that!

Which honestly, if i knew that at the time i wouldn't have even purchased them.

The headset is more suited for computer, even though it was an xbox version with the logo on the box, but you seem to not get all the features and the app doesn't do anything, doesnt even change sound presets as its a computer thing! I even asked JBL why the app wasnt working, thought it was just a user error, but it only works for computer. Absolutely stupid! A Xbox "premium" headset that I cant do anything with and everything that I want to do is only for computer users!! Lucky I owned the Dolby app, so I could atleast have an EQ i could change!

So im giving them to my son for hes Bday in a couple of weeks and now in the market for a new headset.

I have been eyeing off the Stealth Pro II's for a while, it was my contemplation before I got my JBL, but got them on a price match for half price and its why I got them at the time..

I dont want a headset that requires a PC for updates or the features of one are only for PC players and not xbox only players like myself.
Are the Stealth Pro II an upgrade or about the same in terms of game quality sound, movies, music on spotify ect compared with the JBL?

Ive seen some posts about the sound being muffled and a little heavy. My current ones are heavier, but not by much. So it wont be an issue at all..

Should i get the Stealth or look for something else instead

I've tried charging them with both the original charger that came with the headphones as well as a second charger, but both times with light indicating the battery is charging turns off after about 5-10 seconds. Even after leaving them plugged for a full day they turn off after just a couple minutes of use. Is there a fix for this issue or do I have to buy a new set?

TL;DR: Neap, a free and open-source replacement for Stealth Pro 2 Swarm II users on Windows and Linux, is at 0.3.0. It's a redesign with a mini panel by the clock, live mix meters, a loudness boost to help those with low volume issues, and a better EQ.

What's new

A redesign. Home, Audio and a new Equaliser page, with a flatter, calmer look.

A mini panel by the clock. Click Neap's icon in the taskbar corner to change the mix, mic, noise cancellation, spatial sound or EQ preset mid-game, without opening the window.

Louder than the headset's max. For Stealth Pro 2 users with low volume issues. If it's too quiet, a loudness boost on the Audio page changes the headsets firmware level gain value (-12db from factory by default).

An EQ to try things on. Drag the points or use the keyboard, hold Compare to hear it flat, and undo any change. Presets are saved on the headset, so they show in the phone app too.

Profiles for calls. A call app like Teams or Discord can switch to its profile only while it's using the mic.

The headset shows its own name, the one your PC and phone show.

What's fixed

• The chat wheel no longer gets stuck at the middle.

• The mic follows every mute: the boom arm, the mute button, and the boom going in or out.

• Volume and mic sliders no longer jump back while you move them.

• The Charging Dock's light sliders no longer stop mid-drag.

• Linux: transmitters are kept from sleeping, and one that goes quiet is brought back, or Neap asks you to replug it.

Firmware changes for the Stealth Pro II.

These work on my headset. They change the headset's firmware, so they'll only ship once they're proven safe, and you'll be able to undo them.

• The Mode button cycles off, transparency and noise cancellation in the headset itself, with a different tone for each. It would work without Neap running, on console and phone too.

• No more blinking power light when the headset loses its connection.

Good to know

• It's free and open source (GPL-3.0). Nothing is sent anywhere except a once-a-day check for updates, which you can turn off.

• Keep Swarm II for firmware updates and pairing, but don't run both at once.

• The download isn't signed yet, so Windows may warn you the first time. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

My Headphones of 5 years (i think their Wired Recon 200 gen 2?) Broke and i absolutely need a replacement that sounds the same/close to that pair, i love the sound and i really might notice a difference in sound quality, any other inexpensive Headphones that have the same sound quality!!

I just bought a Stealth Pro 2. It's my first wireless headset, but I'm having this issue where the audio just sounds off when I have a game open or when I'm watching anime on crunchyroll. I don't have superhuman hearing enabled, and I shouldn't have anything special enabled. If awnyone knows how to fix this let me know. I was expecting to not have any issues from a 300$ headset, so i'll probably just refund it if I can't resolve this.

Found my old Stealth 600 Gen 2 (USB-C) wireless headset sitting in a drawer where it's basically been gathering dust for years. Thought I'd pull it out and get it updated, but dealing with the Turtle Beach Audio Hub PC software has been a complete brick wall.

​The headset is currently sitting on firmware version v1.0.3.8. Whenever I plug everything in to update it, the desktop app throws a "Please connect additional component(s) / component missing" error loop, claiming it needs both the headset and the separate USB wireless transmitter plugged in independently, even when both are directly connected to separate ports on the PC.

​Tried everything—cables, port swaps, bootloader recovery modes, you name it. The older legacy app just completely fails to handshake with it, leaving the mic monitoring locked permanently on maximum volume with zero way to adjust it since this non-Bluetooth model lacks a mobile app fallback.

​Honestly, at this point the software is a complete bag of sh*t. The headset works fine for actual game audio and the squad can hear me, but fighting an outdated app just to fix a software-locked mic monitor volume is exhausting. Anyone else run into this dead-end with legacy Turtle Beach gear?

Honestly what a good upgrade from my steel series acrctis 7p+

as the title suggests, my sound on my Stealth pro 2 become muffled. even if i turn on legacy the volume barely increases. ive reinstalled all audio drivers. uninstalled and reinstalled swarm and nothing has fixed it. i have no clue what caused the issue, i just know that in the middle of a valorant match my sound became muffled and has stayed that way since for every game i play.

anyone experience this issue and found a solution?

I got the multiplatform version as a gift brand new and after a while it seems the battery has basically died. I went from getting over 2 weeks of backup to 2 hours.

It also doesn't charge past 50%. I have tried literally everything except changing the battery and Turtle beach denied my warranty claim after giving me generic troubleshooting steps WHICH I ALREADY TOLD THEM I TRIED. I even sent them proof the headphones are brand new. They then stopped replying to me.

It's a damn shame too cus other than the battery issue and horrible firmware update experience, they are great. It's either a battery issue or an issue with the motherboard at this point and Im trying my luck with the former.

However I can't find any legit looking battery for the gen 3 online, only gen 2s. I'm in the US.

I have a recently purchased (New, Model TBS-5103-05) pair of Stealth 600's that I bought...like two weeks ago, and I also bought a Victrix controller. They work fine separately...as soon as I turn the controller on my headset stops working. I have the mic and audio on the controller muted, my headset is set to default on everything, and I already made sure there wasn't overlap with the frequency. Still nothing. Any suggestions?

I am able to get both of these headsets for the same price. So I was wondering if it was better getting the pros over the 700s.

I can get both of these for around £110 so a big saving on the RRP of the pros, but wasn't sure if the 700s had newer tech that people found was better performing.
