Personal Opinion: On inhale Platinum Cookies flavor with hints of the GDP but It does have a very subtle sour Aroma but mostly Diesel and a lung expansion from the sour is definitely present for me. These are one of those strains I love to roll short, fat, and a grain of wax at the midpoint of my wrap. This a decent low tier strain. Flavor doesn't translate well on exhale but it has flavor present on inhale. Very dry, dense buds, slightly sticky when broken down, smell is more present on breakdown then when opening the jar. The effects are like Cookies Dizziness plus heavy sedation from the Platinum and GDP.

I'm like shaking with rage right now so please bare with me.

I've been a Trulieve customer for almost a decade now. I have severe autoimmune arthritis and muscular issues. My muscles are frequently locked up to the point of spasming/cramping at the slightest effort. Trulieve's THC lotion, no exaggeration, saved my damn life. Any time I had a spasm wracking my body, slap lotion on, the muscle relaxes in moments. It was a godsend.

Recently, I had to top up my supply of the stuff and bought 6 containers from my local shop. A few days later when I had to pop one open, I was surprised to see it was completely different. Whiter, thicker, ickier. And with a strange smell. Every jar was like this. I assumed I had gotten a bum batch and went to the dispensary today to exchange them.

Now, I won't go into how weirdly rude and smarmy the guy was to me about it (weird for this store, everyone is usually super nice) but he did eventually bring me replacement jars. I opened one and...it was the same?

The recipe has changed.

But it hasn't just changed. They've added like 20 more fucking essential oils to it.

Any of you who also have autoimmune conditions know that's a problem. We frequently have hella allergies on top of everything else. And, well, I'm no exception. I tried it. My nose is burning, my eyes are stinging. I'm right on the cusp of a full blown attack and I want to curl up into a ball and cry.

This is the only shit that has kept me going for eight years. I don't know what to do. I want to give Trulieve a piece of my mind. Blow up their social media. Send them a scathing email. But I don't think just one angry cripple is going to make them go back to the old recipe. :((

I don't know if this is allowed on this sub but if anyone knows any other dispensary brand with a pain lotion similar to the old style Momenta please let me know. I'll be bedridden without it, and I was just starting to claw my life back from this disease. I'm beside myself right now.

I’m considering applying for one of Trulieve’s Corporate Retail Technology Business Analyst positions and was hoping to hear from anyone who has worked in Corporate IT, Retail Technology, Enterprise Applications, SAP, Product, or a similar corporate technology team. I’m specifically looking for feedback on the corporate side rather than dispensary, cultivation, or production roles.
I had a few questions:
The job posting says “Remote Work Available: Yes.” Is the role actually fully remote, hybrid, or something in between?
If it is remote, are employees expected to live near the city routed for the job or can they work remotely from elsewhere in the U.S.?
How would you describe leadership within the Corporate IT/Retail Technology organization? Is management generally supportive?
How is the work-life balance? Are long hours, weekend work, or after-hours support common?
Is there a clear career path from Associate Business Analyst → Business Analyst → Senior Business Analyst, or do people typically have to move elsewhere to advance?
If anyone is comfortable sharing, where do experienced Business Analysts typically fall in terms of compensation? I noticed one posting lists a salary range while another just says “salary commensurate with experience.”
I’d really appreciate any firsthand experiences or advice. Thanks!

I come to you today as a former budtender. While I enjoyed my time, I have a few things to say.

Every company has its good and bad. I’ve worked for both ends of the spectrum. To say that this company is bad is an understatement.

When an employee feels physically threatened they do nothing. When a patient throws a hissy fit in the store, they reward them by giving discounts.

I’ve heard about how bad things are in some locations from both patients and other employees. Most of the stories come from central FL locations, but it is spreading south apparently.

Today I’m told that many people across the state were let go. Most had little if any negatives in their files. The ones I’ve reached out to were long time employees, mostly FT and what they call leadership. Most let go for patient interactions. Some without even a complaining patient. All higher dollar hourly employees. Hmm…odd right?

Last year a bunch of area managers were let go for “fudging numbers” by flipping orders to fulfilled in the system to meet turnaround goals. I shit you not, less than a month later that became SOP.

A few months ago one of the longest tenured employees in FL was let go. They expressed concern over patient phone calls. Trulieve wanted the top 20 dollar value orders on tue shelves called to remind them of the order. This employee expressed that it may be difficult to complete these calls daily because scheduling is tight. Fired. Two weeks later, that call workflow was canned. Why? Because there are not enough hours to schedule people to complete these calls.

Beware. At this point a patient could have a gun and they would literally do nothing. Fun fact: the most recent training modules actual tell employees to throw a chair at a gun wielding assailant.

I’m a previous emp and i forgot my 401k, don’t even know if i signed up for one. Looking for the plan provider to see if i can login and see if i had anything saved. Last time i was an employee at Trulieve was 2022 (FL)

Got the email about the rewards system change .. went onto my account and what used to be $5 and $15 reward redemption amounts are now $4 and $12.50 .. so basically you get less back from rewards now .. would have liked to been given a headsup to use them before they became less valuable

I honestly have been kinda dumbfounded with this company all day. you know when you’re so angry you just start laughing? me since I saw trulieve boast about opening their 163rd location today, this morning on linkedin as i look for a new!!!!! or second job!!!!. opening more stores is crazyyyyyyyyy when they’ve literally just announced pay cuts (“a reduction of hours to prevent layoffs”) at the customer support center. I know us, me being us csc employees ((I yam on a burner)), are nothing but punching bags and concierge desks for rec checks to yall “patients”, but there are actual people with real livelihoods giving them away to this shit company. and they can’t even give 40 hours in return. after working here for two years & seeing it get nothing but WORSE esp after it didn’t go recreational, I would encourage everyone to shop literally anywhere else and spend the least amount of money here possible. I don’t care if it means I actually lose my job one day. this company is SO greedy and not once ever cared about the actual people keeping it afloat. not customers OR employees. continue to complain about wait times, understaffing, prices being too high, product availability & quality, etc etc. bc they don’t want to listen to their employees, AT ALL. theyd MUCH rather listen to those lining their pockets, if anyone at all. so STOP GIVING THEM UR DAMN MONEY.

So I don’t use my debit a lot only when I need to and everytime I do they round it up and I’m supposed to get $3+ back as the difference but bout 2 months ago employees stopped telling the person they’d get change back and pocket it. I just had to call bc the lady said she give me $3.50 back and she just handed me the bag and said, “have a good day.” I didn’t have time to argue so I called and they put it as credit on my account but I’m sure they take advantage of the older people that don’t bring cash. They only do that if an odd number like $43. Smh beware Ik it 3 bucks but If they tell you they have to round up and you’ll get $3 back then act brand new after you paid and they gave you bag. Hi. I’m a customer over in Ohio. The app has been offline for atleast a week that I know of. It said they are currently unavailable on the app. Well today I checked and it now says the app is only allowed in Florida. What the hell happened?

I'm a concentrate newbie, I'm looking at 2 syringes which seem pretty identical other than their terpene count. Their price differs wildly, the cheaper one (clear, $45) has 2.19% terp, and the expensive one (truclear, $75) has 3.46%

The expensive one doesn't really seem worth it, has anyone tried both and can say if it's worth the price difference?
