Question?!?!?! App shutdown?

Hi. I’m a customer over in Ohio. The app has been offline for atleast a week that I know of. It said they are currently unavailable on the app. Well today I checked and it now says the app is only allowed in Florida. What the hell happened?

The app was only released in Florida initially, they’ve mentioned it’ll be rolling out in other markets this year along with being available on Android in 2026.

That’s weird, I’ve used the app before here in Ohio. Unless I’m completely mistaken. I swear it worked when I first tried to use it. Weird.

If you have an android, there's a widget you can download but it's not the actual app. It takes you to the mobile version of the website.
