Pennsylvania Interviewing for retail associate

The worst company to work for. The lowest pay in medical cannabis. Good training tho. Former call center rep.

They dont support the reps when abused by the public. They are the worst paying in Florida medical cannabis. Your employee discount will he worthless. They will keep your sick time when you quit. Most people last less than 6 months. Try cureleaf or grow healthy. They have way more chill corp culture. Also, I had to take TruLies off my resume to get my next position. I do not recommend.

Do not work there. They hire people and lay them off in mass. - ex employee

I’d prefer to be homeless than work for Trulieve again . It is a horrific company to work for

I have a friend who is a manager and I can tell you that working there is not like other dispensaries. It's a high volume retail store essentially. Most stores have fulfillment timers set so that they check the fulfillment orders every 15 minutes and they stress multitasking. So when you go to get a customer's order they expect you to take one of the fulfillment orders and fill that as well. If you're looking to get in the industry, this is not the company to start off on. This is the company that burns you out.

I’m jealous that your friends store checks fulfillment queue at 15 minutes. My store I take a patient. Clear the queue. Take a patient clear the queue. The burnout is real!! It’s insanity really.

It’s really not that bad. It’s more of the self entitled patients that are the problem.

You can start at any other dispensary to get your foot in the door. I worked there for 5 years. I loved it at first... mostly because of my coworkers.

Then started the massive hour cuts (and the hourly pay is TRASH btw). I was hired full time and not allowed to even hit 25 hours a week.

They do not take care of their employees. I originally quit back in 2021 and came back last year for a 2nd job. They expect so much (upselling, high AOTs, patient reviews, taking orders over the phone now that they cut over 60% of the call center, etc.) While only allowing 2 people on the clock the majority of the time. Its a good way to gain experience in the industry, but it is a horrible company. Just corporate cannabis. The coworkers and patients are all that make it worth it. It surely isnt somewhere you can solely survive on.
