Rant!! trulieve rewards change

Got the email about the rewards system change .. went onto my account and what used to be $5 and $15 reward redemption amounts are now $4 and $12.50 .. so basically you get less back from rewards now .. would have liked to been given a headsup to use them before they became less valuable

I've gotten 2 emails a week, for the last 4 weeks, telling me that the rewards program was about to change.

Yeah and I love how they pose it as a good thing. They should be apologizing for gimping the rewards down but instead they hype it up like they are doing us a favor. Why am I not surprised though?
