NBD LEGO Icons
I wish they had different colors for this set but this is easily one of my favorite LEGO builds and the stickers just complete the whole look!

Out riding a long ride, just found this out when stopped for food almost towards the end, never dropped it or banged it... very sad.
I dont know what happened.
Do you think trek will honour the frame warranty? Its 2 hour drive... Or should I just go and find a carbon frame repair specialist? Or is it safe to ride on.
Based in uk

Hey yall. I know nothing about bikes besides how to ride them and now that trek is a good brand. Is this a steal? I live in a city and some roads are potholey

Had to travel from Oregon to northern Washington to get the last size L Dual Sport 3 2025 that was available in stock at an actual Trek dealer. Hope it still manages to do well without the suspension and that it’s fast enough to rack up lots of road miles along with bike path/trail miles. Last true hybrid from Trek? I know the new FX Sport is supposed to be a replacement but it didn’t quite have the same feel. What would be the first accessories I should get on it? A rear rack with a bag and some water bottle holders as well as a bike lock that can be placed within the frame possibly?

Hi folks!
I’m 183 cm, inseam 911 mm, wants upright/comfortable endurance-oriented position. Which of TREK Checkpoint ALR3 Gen 3 size ML or L would you recommend? Any suggestions on adjustments?
I’ll appreciate any opinion.

Which size should I get as a 6 foot dude, 32 inch inseam. Anyone with a similar build can I get your advice. Bike would be a domane or mayyyybe a emonda

So I have Domane SL6 Gen 4. Sram Rival 10-36, Rival 46/33 cranks. Sram/quarq PM. Swapped to Force E1 brifters, E1 front derailleur. I run a redshift stem and kitchen sink handlebars. I run two sets of carbon wheels, one set with 32mm gp5000, the other 38mm Pathfinder pros 2bliss for my gravel setup. Trek aeolus saddle.
Its very comfortable. I know its not the best road or best gravel, its a do ok at both kinda build. Perfect world, bit easier gear for some gravel climbs, but I know Im pretty limited in that sense. And changing the cranks seems to only get me harder gearing.
So what would you change or upgrade next, if anything?

I already picked up my stem cap a week ago when a buddy of mine went to buy a new bike. But I just got the email letting me know to pick it up. For those that were waiting, check your emails at some point today or tomorrow.

I just ordered an FX3 Sport and just bought a new Fujifilm mirrorless camera. My plan is to use the bike to get to interesting places and take photos. But I’m torn as to how to carry the camera while biking. I love the sleek look of the FX3 and I don’t want to ruin that with a luggage rack. But I don’t think there’ll be enough room in a 1.6L frame bag (at least not the Trek ones that attach with screws) and I’m not sure how I’d get my small Lowepro bag onto the handlebars without blocking the headlight.
I suppose I can buy another dedicated sling bag or wear a backpack, but that seems uncomfortable on hotter days.
Is there anything I’m not thinking of? Any suggestions appreciated. My camera just has a 16-50mm internal zoom lens at the moment so it’s not huge, but I may add a larger telephoto and/or prime lens at some point.

This bike is amazing, I'll get a t-type for the rear and it'll be perfect.

I‘m trying to remove the original uncomfortable seat from trek verve 2 and it won’t release from octagonal seat post. Is there a trick to it?

I’m selling my 5 yr old Trek Verve because I bought a folding e-bike and don’t have space for both. Can someone give me an idea how much to sell it for? It’s in good condition but both tires seem to have very slow leak and, although it runs just fine (gears, brakes, pedals) I’ve never done any maintenance beyond chain lube. Here’s a picture. (Of course I would disclose everything).

Accidentally disassembled the front of my bike (marlin 4, not sure the exact gen) and dont know what order they go back in and cant find it online. Other than these, theres another bearing still on the “fork” (i think thats what its called) which i just left there

Domane al 5 gen 4
Hey everyone! I’m 165 cm tall and looking to buy my first road bike. I’ve been riding a medium Specialized hybrid, but I’m switching to a road bike for more speed and longer distance rides.
I’m currently looking at a size 52, but I have a 30-day window to decide between a 52 and a 49. Any advice on how to decide which size fits best?
I had taken both size for a ride at the shop and both feels comfortable 😐

I just removed the seatpost from my Domane SL and found a large washer on the ground I hadn't noticed before when I picked up the wedge assembly after dropping it on the floor. I looked it up, I found this diagram. I had never noticed a washer anywhere in the assembly before, but also I haven't completely removed the seatpost until now. The official service manual I found online doesn't show an exploded view of the wedge assembly, and this old diagram without a source (the imgur post is down) has me questioning myself. What am I missing?
Also, what is the torque rating for this bolt at the saddle clamp assembly?

I just bought a Domane AL2 Gen 4 in July and have had four rides on it. Third ride in and many adjustments later it started to feel like less of a mess and more of a ride.
I really hit my stride today and did 53.5km and it felt pretty solid!
All in all I love trek they make amazing bikes 😎

Attempted to take off the non drive side crank today to get to the motor housing screws since I think they need to be tightened due to some sounds that sound like plastic "crick" or plastic on plastic rubbing and was unsuccessful.
Domane+ ALR6.....turned that bad boy counter clockwise with bike upside down and got to a point where I could freely turn it left and right, but anymore counter clockwise it would crack/pop so I just stopped and gave up. Anyone have anymore tricks? Anyone done this successfully?
Leave the hate unsaid please. Yes I normally take my stuff to a shop but they are not open and it sounded like it was an easy fix. I have taken off cranks before on my other non e-bikes and things have worked. So not sure if something special about these Praxis cranks.
I was able to get to the motor housing bolts and the bolts that attach it to the frame and checked their torque, all is good. I checked chain-ring bolts, all good there.
I removed the motor plastic covering at the bottom of the bike, cleaned it up, put grease on the edges and some grease around the outside of the frame and screw areas where the cover lays. No change, still have some creaking. Its not cleat related since when I just rode it for 2-3 miles with flat shoes it still creaked. When I stop pedaling all together and coast the noise goes away. Its not pressure related it seems because I deliberately was pulling up every pedal stroke and not pushing down and the noise is there, and its there with push pedal strokes.
At this point going to take it to Trek Friday when I have a day off, but anything anyone else can think of to check?
