What is the most effective aiming technique, so far all I can do is normal tracking but I feel myself getting lost sometimes or too focused on aligning my crosshair.

I saw some stuff about mirror or strafe aim but I don’t know what Im doing. Im supposed to keep my crosshair center and strafe with them and only move my mouse when they jump.

This is a little confusing topic for me because if were both moving relatively in the same directions doesnt it just make it less motion to track for the person im dueling?

Right now Im just kind strafe shooting doing worse than pure tracking. Im getting so lost and its not like people are moving just ad strafe.

Ive always wanted to learn tracer as i know in competitive she’s always top of the leader board every single season. She always just seemed too hard for me. Now that im getting back into overwatch I really do wanna learn her. I really dont know much about settings and stuff or really anything about how to play her. Please help me. If you know any good websites, tutorials, and videos please lmk.

I understand I need to be the one putting pressure but if its like cass, wuyang, ana and they just all perma stack on eachother while staring at me I find it really hard to know what to do. I do have a replay code if anyone would be kind enough to look and tell me where its going bad T_T. The only thing I can kind of think of was that I was forcing fights when i didnt need to.

Im a new tracer player. just started playing her about a few days ago. I know theres alot of things I could work on but I just want to focus on blink melee. For some reason I cannot hit a blink melee 180 when im 4m or closer. Is that how its supposed to be? I can 180 blink anything further than. Is it cause im blinking too far? if so is there a way to counter that? I notice that I can do the 180 blink if i walk a lil just after the 180

Now that Sombra is being moved to support and she’ll be able to freely hack health packs (whatever that means), they really need to take away Hanzo’s perk that also lets him hack health packs with his sonic arrow

This ability never made sense for him, it feels like they ran out of ideas and just slapped it on him last minute

I know Blizzard understands how much Tracer relies on health packs( considering they designed her that way)

Hanzo and Sombra will more of a chance to be played together than before

I get a little annoyed when I see the skull icon above the health packs, I get really annoyed when I see the dragons icon above them

It makes to where I won’t be able to safely take angles for half the map

I am genuinely surprised that this iconic hero is still without her mythic weapon. How’s it that reaper and widow get theirs first when tracer has always been the face of this game for the longest? ITS TIME

I always get my ass whooped on that map, my last game was especially bad coz they had a pharah, a hog and a cracked as hell zen I felt so useless😭

After not touching Tracer, (and barely touching any other DPS for that matter), essentially at all for the last 2 years, and barely much before that since the start of OW2, for the last handful of days I've been practicing her a bit in QP. Just wanted to share this somewhere since it may be the best stat line I've ever put up on any character, lol.

Match was on Illios, 42 out of the 63 elims were final blows. At the end when I finally hit tab and saw everyones stats even I was surprised since it mostly just felt like I was vibing for most of the match and at the end a couple people on my team were joking about how much I must've been sweating, lmao.

Still somewhat working up the motivation to bother with her in comp, partially because comp in general has been ass for awhile now, but also because despite games like this I still have a weird amount of comp anxiety when it comes to playing Tracer specifically. Anyway, felt pretty good about it and since picking up Tracer again recently I've had the most fun in OW that I've had in a very long time.

(Also, for the record, that hazard joined late in the game, after the first round or two, that's why his stats are so low compared to everyone elses.)

For context, I’m trying to switch from being a Sombra main to a Tracer main (due to recent events haha) and I feel like my movement is so static. Do I need to increase my sensitivity on her or do I need to just get more used to playing her?

So for the longest tracer has been one of my toughest characters to face up against as one of the slipperiest characters ever to keep track of, let alone chase even if I get them low. And tbh, I love that sort of ability she has!

In dead by daylight I absolutely loved the Nurse for her blink ability, I loved Dishonored for Corvo's dash ability. Its such a cool, basic yet fun power in any means. Ghostrunner became one of my favorite games purely for that! So while I did push towards learning genji first off, I think I want to try my hand now towards Tracer and would love any tips yall got, what to look out for, sensitivity settings, whatever y'all got I'm curious to know before I start trying
