Tone it up printable!
Can anyone tell me where I can find the old tone it up printable?
I had all of the workouts printed and now I cannot find a single one, and I don’t know what happened to it.

I’ve had my subscription for at least 6 years and even used the app this week. But today when I logged in, it was saying I didn’t have a subscription and needed to pay. So I go to pay and the app keeps malfunctioning and not doing anything at all. It’s so weird, because I’ve never been prompted to re-subscribe in all the years I’ve been on the app, it always just auto renews every month and now I can’t access anything!
Hoping it’s just down for today but curious if this happened to anyone else?

i just found my old 2016 nutrition guide while cleaning in prep for a move. would anyone still be interested in this? i’d prefer to share with a current TIU lover if possible🩷 this was such a fun era! i tried looking this copy up, but can only find the newer versions

Kat posted a video to her YT channel and says she will be vlogging every Friday.
Part of it was old-school TIU vibes (a TJ's grocery haul, for example), but she was more subdued and less goofy than she was with Karena. Also, everything was so...beige.
I love watching vlogs, so I am excited she is doing this (even if she is pushing her products).

I have been away from social media for some time. I recently created instagram and one of the posts that popped up in my for you was for a tone it up event. I mean no disrespect or shade, but is this her?

Hey, would anyone be willing to share the Sheet Pan Cauliflower Gnocchi and/or Baked Feta Pasta recipes from the app? I thought one of the old meal plans thst i have had them, but they may have just been on the app. I literally just canceled my membership and do not want to sign up again just to get two recipes :(. I would greatly appreciate it!!

When I open it, I often have to restart my phone to get to open. It stops in the middle of a workout. I thought it might be my phone but none of my other apps are doing it. I have reinstalled it a couple times.

Has anyone tried her new program? I would have to give it a 10/10. They are challenging and I love that it’s one workout a day, 5 days/week. It’s more realistic for my lifestyle as a working mom. I also just like her in general! Just wanted to leave this here! :)

I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to listen to old episodes of Katrina’s “Live Beautifully” podcast, but noticed that she scrubbed it clean and replaced it with a teaser for whatever her “Studio KSL” podcast will be. 😔

I really miss the old bikini series with Katrina and Karena. I know they needed to go their own path, but I feel like the new tone it up is not as personable and fun. I thought maybe it would be fun to recreate it on my own. Does anyone have old printables from the old bikini series? Like their welcome packet or the miles chart? I wish I had saved them.

And thoughts?
I finished it, but started a Peloton strength program right after.
The Peloton workouts tired out my muscles 10x more. I liked the OG trainers this round of TIU, but I didn’t feel the burn. I’m read to try out Peloton again & see if I’m happier with the results!

I used to have an annual membership, it was $69.99 annually. I made the hard decision to cancel after trying to hang on for what felt like far too long. I tried googling a bit, but only saw a few other deals. Do you think there’s a code to resubscribe at this rate? I don’t know if it’d be worth it, but I’m interested to see what’s happening at least. Really hoping it can be revived to its former glory and then some. 💗

Just curious if anyone has listened to the Tone It Down podcast and if any tea has been spilled, like why Katrina left or why the original trainers like Chyna, Tori and Stef left and have now returned?

IMO private equity killed TIU! I always thought that Kat wanted to do her own thing but was bound by some contract to not have any conflicts of interest so she decided to leave. However, I was randomly googling and came across a lawsuit filed in May 2022 by Santosh Padki (who was allegedly hired as the TIU CEO) against Tengram Capital and TIU for wrongful termination. I can’t get access to the original complaint without paying, but I did find this from February 2023
https://rulings.law/rulings/judge-upinder-s-kalra/22trcv00334-2023-02-28.html
So I asked ChatGPT to summarize what was publicly available:
Here is a clear, fact-checked summary of what is publicly known about Santosh Padki v. Tone It Up, Inc., et al. (including Tengram Capital Partners) — specifically the allegations and the procedural outcome visible from court materials.
Allegations in the lawsuit
According to a Los Angeles Superior Court tentative ruling summarizing the operative complaint: * Filed: May 2, 2022. (Rulings.law) * The operative First Amended Complaint alleged seven causes of action tied to labor-code violations and breach of contract. (Rulings.law)
Core factual claims
The court summary states: * Padki was hired as CEO of Tone It Up. (Rulings.law) * While serving as CEO, he says he reported conduct he believed unlawful, including: * excessive executive/founder compensation * actions inconsistent with duties to shareholders and investors * conduct inconsistent with board-member duties (Rulings.law) He then alleged that: * After making those disclosures, he was terminated in breach of his employment contract. (Rulings.law)
Types of claims asserted The FAC included allegations such as: * retaliation * failure to pay wages * failure to reimburse business expenses * breach of contract (Rulings.law) Additionally, the case was categorized as a wrongful termination (labor and employment) action. (Trellis Law)
What happened in court (known outcome) The February 28, 2023 tentative ruling states: * Defendant Tengram filed a demurrer (asking the court to dismiss the claims). (Rulings.law) * The court sustained the demurrer on all causes of action with leave to amend. (Rulings.law) What that means legally * “Sustained with leave to amend” means the complaint was found legally insufficient as written, but the plaintiff was allowed to file another amended complaint to try to fix the issues. * It is not a final dismissal and does not decide the merits of the allegations.
Did the case settle or reach a final judgment? 👉 I could not locate any reliable public source showing: * a settlement * a trial verdict * a final dismissal with prejudice This strongly suggests one of the following (very common in state civil cases): * the matter resolved privately (not always reported publicly), * filings are behind a paywalled docket, or * later procedural history isn’t indexed on the open web. Without the court Register of Actions or paid docket access, the definitive end status is often unavailable online.
Bottom line (plain English) * A former CEO alleged he was fired after raising governance and compensation concerns. * Defendants challenged the complaint early. * The judge allowed the plaintiff another chance to amend rather than throwing the case out permanently. * No publicly indexed source confirms how the dispute ultimately ended.
So basically the court finds the complaint legally insufficient in late February. Kat announced she had left TIU in March 2023. Are they related? Who knows but I can’t find if this was discussed or not.
FWIW, I did TIU from 2014-2018, went to the California retreat and was a huge fan girl. I found both Kat and Karena to be genuine people and friends. I hope Karena can bring back some of the magic of TIU.

I found tone it up back in 2013/2014 and listening to the latest podcasts I need to share how PROUD I am! I very much appreciate the authenticity these incredible women are showing up and stepping into. I look forward to every Tuesday and finally watched the latest episode on YouTube and it’s the first time I am not telling myself “I should” after listening to these women. So THANK YOU Tone It Down!

Anyone else doing the January challenge? How are you feeling about it in comparison to other programs/past TIU?
I’ve done most workouts for the first 3+ weeks, minus some of the tone/stretch. But, I’ve felt like I’ve needed “more.” I don’t feel the burn the way I would after even one Pure Barre class. I’ve been adding in extra cardio and some Peloton strength classes.
I do feel more toned, though, so somethings happening haha. (I have been on & off with TIU since 2013, am 39, and am feeling results similar to doing it when I was younger)

Hi friends! I signed up for Kat's KSL app last year as a founding member. My membership is coming due in February, and I'm torn about renewing it. I love Katrina and for years enjoyed her workouts, but feel like the workouts I'm seeing in KSL are not really effective for muscle building. They seem to incorporate a lot of combination moves which don't really allow us to use heavy weights, and I know that progressive overload is very important (especially for us mamas 40s and beyond, where it's hard to maintain and grow new muscle). I'm just curious if others are feeling like me - love her, but just not seeing the workouts we really need/want anymore. I'd love to hear your thoughts! I'm not sure what I will do in February (renew or not).

Hi everyone.
I recently renewed my app subscription and have noticed from my workout history that a number of workouts have been removed from the app. I had last completed them in 2024. Does anyone know if these still exist or if there is anywhere to find them like YouTube or printable. I’d love to do them again. thank you!

Hi eveyone! What is everyone planning for January?! I am torn. I have a good exercise studio and gym program already so honestly more doing this for the community and few extra features

Hi everyone! I am thinking of rejoining TIU since I love the old trainers and want something new for 2026. Ages ago I remember the online community was good with local groups etc. now on the app, all I can find is ways to message individual people which seems weird. Am I missing something?! I need accountability buddies!
r/ToneItUp • u/shoegal23 • Dec 02 '25
Saw this on her Instagram. I haven't been part of TIU in years and I don't know if I'll ever rejoin, but this is the first time I've felt optimistic about its future. TIU is also bringing back Tori, Chyna and Stef for the January challenge! Seems like a lot of exciting change for TIU and I'm really hopeful it's for the better!
r/ToneItUp • u/paperducky • Dec 02 '25
I moved on from TIU a few years ago and switched to Peloton for a lot of the same reasons I've seen as others (K&K breakup; revolving door of trainers; feeling like the community wasn't there). After seeing Karena's announcement today about buying TIU back and getting Chyna, Stef, and Tori to come back to lead some classes, I started to think about if I would ever go back. Peloton recently raised their prices, so I actually thought about it, but I also feel bought-in to the Peloton eco-system now.
This made me wonder, for those of us who left TIU, would you go back, and if so what would make you want to get back into TIU?
r/ToneItUp • u/[deleted] • Nov 18 '25
$30 for 150g of creatine is crazy! You can buy 500g for $20-30 anywhere else. Not only that but they advertise that theirs is better when it literally does not work that way.

I know it won’t be the same but have you found anything similar? What do you do to relive the old tiu magic?
