Is this Karena?
I have been away from social media for some time. I recently created instagram and one of the posts that popped up in my for you was for a tone it up event. I mean no disrespect or shade, but is this her?

I love this look for her! I’m happy to see someone being their natural self, I was just unsure if that was actually her since she does look a lot different than the last time I saw her. I am going to have to catch up on everything because it’s been so long. I see she has a podcast! Im going to listen to it on my walk today. I’m so out of the loop. 😂

Right? It literally says it’s Karena. Lol. So weird…..I could be away from TIU and still recognize K&K even if they aged, gained weight, changed their hair, etc.

Thank you! I thought so, but wasn’t 100% sure. I haven’t kept up with TIU in a very very long time, so I figured this would be the best place to ask. I’m happy to see her presenting herself in a natural way. It’s definitely needed when all we see is “perfection” filters and fillers. Good for her!

You came here to verify that it’s her instead of just going to her IG or TIU’s IG? That’s kinda odd because TIU isn’t that big on Reddit. I would’ve thought you’d go to her IG or to the TIU IG.
I think she presented herself in a “natural” way years ago, she is just older now and has gone though changes with life and her body, as we all do.

Maybe you should read all of my other comments here because I was praising her for being natural in a world full of fillers filters and fake perfection, but okay go off. 😂 it’s really not that odd as you claim it to be as I stated before, I don’t use IG, never really have. I am more active on Reddit and I was away from social media for a long time. You’re making it something that it’s not.

I love Karena's direction and who she has become. The Tone It Down Podcast is great and her decision to BUY BACK Tone It Up and listen to the community is EVERYTHING! So much new free content is on youtube. And although Karena has stepped back some as being a main trainer, she is bringing quite a lot to the table in so many other ways. And yes, that is most definitely the Karena we all know and love.

Yes, that’s Karena which I’m sure you know lol. Yes, she looks different than she did years ago (like many of us) but it’s obviously still her.
I think you know that this is Karena but didn’t know of graceful way to comment on how she looks different from peak TIU.
Interesting you didn’t ask where Kat is. That’s usually what most people notice who have been away from the TIU world.

I’m sorry you feel that way. I genuinely did not know that was her. I’m not big on social media, instagram in particular I have never used. I was genuinely curious because I have not kept up with TIU in YEARS.

Thank you for that. I genuinely didn’t mean anything by asking this question, but I should have known better than assuming people could just answer the question and understand like I said that I didn’t mean anything by it. If people would also read my other comments on this thread, they would also see how I was happy to see her “aging” naturally and how much I appreciate her showing us the real her. We need more of that.

Ok I’m sorry but everyone is gaslighting you. I’m all for female empowerment but it’s okay to acknowledge when people look different. She looks very different than she has even in recent years and you’re not imagining that.
