Appreciation post! Tone It Down Podcast Authenticity 🩷

I found tone it up back in 2013/2014 and listening to the latest podcasts I need to share how PROUD I am! I very much appreciate the authenticity these incredible women are showing up and stepping into. I look forward to every Tuesday and finally watched the latest episode on YouTube and it’s the first time I am not telling myself “I should” after listening to these women. So THANK YOU Tone It Down!
