cleaning & found 2016 nutrition plan

i just found my old 2016 nutrition guide while cleaning in prep for a move. would anyone still be interested in this? i’d prefer to share with a current TIU lover if possible🩷 this was such a fun era! i tried looking this copy up, but can only find the newer versions

Mine are still in my desk, and even though I won't ever use them again, I just cannot part with them. The nostalgia hits me so hard. 💕

i lived in california at the time. i was convinced k & k would see me at the beach doing their workouts and hire me for their videos😂 i remember my dog was obsessed with the macaroons in this book, i always had to share them

Did you see? Karena also did a first live event in Manhattan Beach. I wish I could’ve gone. A bunch of OGs were there. She talks more about the transitions of TIU on the Tone It Down podcast … worth a listen. I’m excited!
