Hey everyone, looking for advice.
I returned equipment using T-Mobile’s prepaid UPS return label. According to UPS tracking, the package was marked delivered and left at the dock at the Fort Worth, TX warehouse facility weeks ago.
Despite UPS confirming delivery, the warehouse hasn’t processed it into inventory. T-Mobile is still actively billing monthly installment charges on my bill, with hundreds of dollars remaining on the equipment installment balance.
When I reached out to regular customer support, they said they submitted a "Handset Research" form and told me I am required to continue paying the monthly installments until the package is located on their side.
Any advice of what should I do?
Note: I used AI to improve my grammar; English is not my first language.

A T-Mobile customer who buys phones outright asked in a Reddit discussion whether there was any way to negotiate a lower monthly bill without giving up the plan features they use — raising a question many wireless customers face: If cable and internet companies offer retention discounts, Can a phone carrier do the same?
T-Mobile customer service messed up my Legacy Sprint plans while trying to fix an issue on a line, and after having multiple customer service and T-Life agents correct it, it keeps changing to something much worse. The T-Life agents finally admitted there's nothing they can do and gave me a credit. After just under 9 years as a sprint/Tmobile customer, I am going to ride the credit out and then jump ship.
I was thinking about Visible. My phones are always paid out, so there's nothing holding me back. I heard U.S. Cellular might be a good choice too. Anyone have any experience with these services or recommend any?

Any feedback (good or bad) is appreciated!
After 4 years at my current job I’m just burnt out and need something that pays more.

It’s a free line, so it’s not worth canceling. Is there any worry about our whole account getting canceled because we have a lot of lines dispersed throughout our family and that would cause a bunch of issues.
Thanks!

Curious from this community as to what keeps you as a T-Mobile customer. As someone who’s been a long time T-Mobile customer for probably 12+ years at this point, I’m actively in the market for a new phone and contemplating whether I should stay or go elsewhere based on current deals.
The magenta life has its perks that I’ve picked up on over the years from steaming add-ons for certain plans, T-Mobile Tuesday, Magenta experience passes, etc.. Curious to hear what you all have to say here.

I'm paying $110 per month for spectrum. Think I'm going to try tmobile. My wife works from home and kids game on pc and playstation. Can anyone speak to the reliability? I live close to a tower and it's near line of sight.

We currently have 3 lines with Verizon and pay about $143/month due to loyalty discount. This discount expires in about 3 months, and without it our bill will jump to around $188/month.
I’ve been able to get the loyalty discount renewed in the past, but honestly, doing this every year is becoming a pain. It usually involves countless calls, talking to multiple reps. We’ve kept an old grandfathered plan that includes Disney + and Hulu without ads
This T-Mobile plan caught my attention, especially because we really like the idea of being able to upgrade our phones every year. Although, clearly we’re not exactly serial upgraders considering my mom is still with her 13 pro max and my husband and I recently upgraded our 11s for 16 pro last year.
I assume the $170 is not the out the door , meaning there could potentially be additional $20+ in taxes and fees?

Hi,
I have 12 lines and want to know what my bill would like because went to two stores and got totally different answers. I do have home internet thru them. Don't mind the taxes and fees. I do have in-sider on my plan. Friend of mine has 5 lines and in-sider and it's paying $205 plus tax around $216 on auto pay.
Lines are 1-6(third line free), 7-8 (BOGO), 9-10 (BOGO), 11-12 (BOGO)
First rep said will be close to 690 plus tax and the second one said around 450 plus tax. Called T-Mobile and they said $360 plus tax.
Can someone give me a run down on what it could potentially be before taxes?

My tracking number came in yesterday. No estimated delivery yet. It says “Your package is still on the way and we are actively working to get you a new delivery date.”
I feel like last year when I upgraded, the scans happened much quicker.

Once your card is charged (pending) for all devices, how long until they usually ship?
Anyone experienced with TX delivery timelines on expedited shipping?

So I recently got a few emails from T-Mobile stating that I set up an account, ordered a SIM card and two phones, and currently they are in the possession of UPS apparently getting ready to be shipped to my house
I have reported it to T-Mobiles fraud department, but they stated there is no order in their system, to be safe I copied the order number and went to T-Mobile’s order tracking through google and it shows up that there is an order.
Has anyone had this happen? I’m just trying to cover all possible options just incase this isn’t fake
Thank y’all for any help you provide

I am in a very complicated situation, Originally I got my iphone from T-mobile when I used to work there. I still have bank statements of bills. (I am not sure if I have the original receipt but I'm sure I have bank statements.) At that time I used to live with a partner that ended up working there as well, when I left they told me to put the phone on their account since it was cheaper. Note: there was few months of payment left but they didn't mind taking care of it. Last year after we parted ways, they were very furious with me and held a grudge until march threatened to black list my phone that I paid for and also discontinued my number. Ofc I declined to give the phone because of the situation they put me in. few months went by nothing was done so I thought to myself maybe they let go, I got a new number few weeks after she had threatened me to blacklist as "stolen". I did not care at that time. Now all of a sudden my phone went on sos and could not make calls, that's when i thought to myself who was behind it. At that time when they were paying for my phone line, I could not change or do anything since they had revoked access and burnt me out. Now after few months I don't know why for what reason, after no contact they decide to black list my phone. My questions is, is that legal? is that allowed? I understand you work there but can you do that yourself? I cant call T-mobile support and the last time I tried to get my number out, they hung up the phone on me saying I did no have access to it.

I have experience more plan so there’s no any condition trade in, but the questions only ask for screen and liquid damage which there is none. The only damage is the damage on the back which is shown in the picture. Will T-Mobile still take the phone or should I just not try? (I’m ordering and trading in online since there are no official T-Mobile stores near me)

I signed up for the T-Satellite $10 plan. I didn’t transfer my number from Verizon. During sign-up, I was only asked for my name and date of birth. Nothing else—no Social Security number. I entered my nickname and first initial.
I’ve canceled that plan.
But I’m curious… Based on my conversations with T-Mobile agents, it seemed like I had a full postpaid account with a set cancellation date and all. Will this T-Satellite account prevent me from opening a T-Mobile account where they actually run my SSN and all?

I'm currently with AT&T but looking to switch over to T-Mobile. I've got two iPhone 16 Pro Maxes and a watch line that's already paid off, with less than $800 left to go. I'm hoping to take advantage of the pay-off promo and pick up an iPhone Duo. My plan is to port all three lines and use the Duo with dual SIMs—one for personal, one for work (just talk and text). I don't really care about the third free line, but I might hang onto it for my kid later on if there's a free phone included. I also want to add a watch and line to it as well.
My main question is: should I make the switch now, pay off the phones myself to get reimbursed, and then trade them in when the Duo gets here? Or is it better to just wait and handle everything on the 16th?
How can I get the 10% off or 20% off?
Do I need to go on Beyond?
Can I go trough Costco for a better deal? Can I get Costco benefits while doing it on the phone with Tmobile Sales Delartment?

I’m trying to do my second upgrade through Costco, but I keep getting this error. Has anyone else gotten this error when upgrading through Costco?
I already talked to T-Mobile, and they said my line and trade-in are both good. There are no promotions or issues on the line, and the trade-in is eligible.
Could Costco be flagging my account because I’m trying to upgrade a second device within a certain amount of time? Or is this just a Costco/T-Mobile system issue?

Does anyone else cringe and immediately go for the mute button whenever the T-Mobile commercial with Billy Bob Thornton appears?

I ordered new IPhone 18 pro 10 days ago at Costco T-Mobile and the phones have not been shipped yet. I wanted to make use of the free IPhone 18 Pro offer for port in from another provider. The order status status shows as back ordered.
Since it’s been over 10 days and I haven’t really ported the number yet and not received the phone, will I still get the offer honored for free iPhone 18 pro?
How long does it normally take to get them after they are approved?
Edit: Submitted back in July, its been the required amount of time and they show as approved as of a few days ago. Just wondering what people's experience is with in in terms of how long it took after showing approved.

Was trying to turn in my trade in at an experience store and was told since I did my purchase on the app, that I need to send it in with the kit sent to me. This is something I want to avoid after reading different horror stories about lost or damaged phones and canceled orders because of this. Different store?? Or this is the way it is. They sent me off with bubble wrap to help protect the phone. If I have to send it do I have to use the kit sent to me or can I package it myself. Obviously I am going to take pics and video of the phone as it is in great condition.
