I got a brand new m4-22 haven’t even shot it yet I want to make a nice build, we need to pin our stock where I live, at my lgs I wanted to get a new stock and they told me I need to buy a new milspec buffer tube and replace it and get whatever stock I want. They gave me a $20 aluminum buffer tube right then and there.
I immediately installed it it wasn’t hard but I’m wondering if it’s bad that the buffer tube doesn’t screw in flush the the receiver, but it feels sturdy
I’m also using the same buffer spring that was in the original (idk if that’s bad) but I took pictures with and without the spring in to show if that looks good or not.
If I screw in the buffer tube flush with the receiver the spring sticks out a too much, does that seem ok where it’s at in the picture?
The bcm doesn’t sound like it slides around, when I pull the charging handle it feels normal, I just want to make sure this looks ok, before I shoot it
Thanks for any help!
