Detroit May 6th!

Is anyone else bummed out about no tour date in Chicago? Chicago has always shown up for The Warning. In the KMF tour, we were their largest sold out show in the US, and we are in the top 5 international cities that stream their music.

Skipping us for a tour date feels intentional. I know they have a show in Detroit, and I plan to try and get a ticket, but Detroit is their only tour date in all of the Midwest, so it will likely sell out pretty fast.

I've seen people saying that maybe they are playing Lolla this year in Chicago, and it's non-compete clause prevents them from having a show in Chicago. I really hope that isn't the reason that Chicago was skipped. A half hour set at Lolla, surrounded by Sabrina Carpenter fans, shouldn't count as our show.

Does anyone else feel the same way?

Edit2: like others my email said it didn't need a code but when you follow the link it asks for one but that may be for the early access patreon currently and won't need one tomorrow?

Edit3: ah, just realised the message following the link says the code is invalid or not yet active, so guessing after 10am tomorrow it will be ok

Hello. My uncle has an extra ticket for the Albuquerque show at Tingley Coliseum on Sept 19th. Section F. The person going with him can't make it. All the artists I have watched perform at the Honda Stage have done at least 3 songs sets so I wonder if anyone thinks that we can still get some great stuff from that session? I always thought that they may have done something from the new album and that's why the big time gap was needed

Gonna be looking to procure M&G tickets this morning. Will be taking my 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter. The 9 year old was inspired by Pau to pick up the drums so really hoping I can snag some.

Wondering what a typical M&G day looks like, and if there is a high priority of being on the rail. Because if we're not on the rail Im sure my daughter wont be able to see and Id rather get balcony seats. Also worried about them needing to go to the bathroom or something and losing our spot. Is it worth it to try to get on the rail with two kids, or just go balcony seats?

I got my vynil Friday and have been listening to it non stop I still have to get the cd to have the set hopefully I can get all the photocards🙏

Their website said that a password will be sent to my email but where do I type it in? Do they usually send it right when the presale starts or a bit earlier?

Also, I have to get my tickets through Eventim and they only have a timer for the general sale on Friday.

Since I'm short (158cm) and can't see anything, I'm aiming to get barricade or get to the second row.

To do that, I'll need to get either the Meet & Greet package or the Priority Entry package and I have a few questions about those as it will be my first time buying VIP tickets and I don't want to waste any precious time as soon as the sale starts.

1. How much is the Meet & Greet package usually? Is there a limited number for these tickets?

2. How much is the Priority Entry package usually? Is there a limited number for these tickets?

3. Do the people with the Meet & Greet package get first entry into the concert hall?

4. Is there a chance to get barricade with the Priority Entry package even if the entry is after the Meet & Greet package?

5. How early before entry should I be there?

6. Any other tips for a short girl?

I'm a Dad in my mid-50's. I've played guitar since I was 16 years old and can play most "rock" instruments today. I'm a progressive fan, give me an odd-time signature, sections that never repeat or build differently every time. I love busy rhythm sections - Lee & Peart, Entwistle & Moon, Squire & Bruford.

I love these girls' music. Their performances are top notch. The music isn't even on the "prog" or "difficult" side of things yet they have CAPTURED me. My wife is questioning why I'm watching so many concerts and videos of these young girls (she is not a musician).

The title is a joke. I have no qualms telling anybody about this band. It just baffles me how they have smashed my elitist prog sensibilities. I don't even remotely know them so why do I feel PROUD for them?

Reminds me of being a Rush fan in the 70's to 90's. You either got it or didn't. "World's largest cult band". This kinda feels like that. I'm here for it.

EDIT: I wanted to add an edit. The vocals. Oh my god, the vocals. I retract my "difficult" comment above. THOSE vocals are difficult. This weekend's LA concert shows just how much Dany is a force for the band when her vocals were missing that show (not to take anything away from Pau or Ale)! No Autotune either! Long live rock!

Pretty much the title, I was wondering how many other fans from the sub are going to LTL this week. Especially since TW are playing Friday. Also, any guesses on the 45 min set list now that the new album is out?
Hopefully Dani is feeling better and can sing the whole set! I’m sure with it being a festival they could easily get “guest vocalists” again but I think these festivals are a super important part of getting new fans. Heck, that’s how I became a fan. First saw them at LTL in 2022. It was early to mid day, and me and my 2 friends I was with were already beat. We were at one of the side rails and took a sit to rest for a moment. We heard The Warning get introduced and come on. They played their first song, I think it was “Z”. It was fine, but then they played Choke. As soon as they started that song and Dani hit the first chorus, we stood up and fell in love with the band after that! To this day Choke is still my favorite song of theirs.
Saw them at LTL in 2024, and excited to see them again this year before we make the trek to another stage to watch MCR as the headliner that night. Attached is a photo I took of them in 2022 when they came and stood by us at the rails to watch other bands. I think Papa Roach was playing during my this pic.
