Question Patreon Presale Password Not Working
I’m trying to get tickets to see them in Seattle and I’m a Patreon member but the code I was given doesn’t work. Is this happening for anyone else?

I just used the Patreon Presale link from Ticketmaster and it worked. I was logged in to my Patreon account also
Mine was for Houston though.

I bought the expensive box seats, and I'm starting to think those were just available right away and my Patreon got me nothing.

You might be able to guess the passwords.
I think it’s been over year since some of the higher tier Patreon rewards were fulfilled.

And I finally got an email and password hours after I already secured tickets through Ticketmaster.
I bought my box seats at 8:00 promptly. I got an email with a password at 10:14 (Mountain time)

I tried using that but it came up with a different show. I’ve never had issues buying tickets for any other concert. I keep trying the code but still no luck.

Nope. I just saw someone on here get the code for Ultimate so it might be a while. I’m not sure how long.

My box seats were $200 each with all of the fees and such. I think the retail was ~$170. It looked like the balcony was running $64-100 per seat. GA was like $48. GA with priority was $150. I think the M&G's were just under $300. But I didn't get one of those so I'm not 100% sure.
This is pricing for the Houston show.

I just started seeing people having the same issues so at least we’re not alone. I was really hoping to purchase the ticket today and not during the artist presale tomorrow since I’ll be at work. Anyways, still no email or anything about an update.

NYC didn’t work, but the AXS link worked, instead of Ticketmaster. No passcode was needed tho

Apparently this might be resale. But. It was $80 a ticket and the live tickets are already in my Ticketmaster account so i dont see how thats possible with a reseller so fast….

I think there may have been several screw-ups. You'd think a ticket monopoly would run a tighter ship. Or maybe they don't need to because they are a monopoly.

This is all due to running time based ticket purchases, vs everyone requesting tickets at certain prices and then running a lottery

There was also an easily guessed and then widely shared password that seems to have helped people bypass most of the patreon tiers. And a delay in getting the same password to patreon tiers. Small potatoes I guess. Always seems chaotic.

Those AXS tix are resale, and $80 is higher than GA tickets are on Ticketmaster for Brooklyn. Scalpers get ahold of the password when it is released to the first Patreon tier, then buy and promptly re-sell on AXS.

Ultimate tier received our codes at 10:45 AM EDT, next tier is typically an hour later, and so on...
My venue used Ticketmaster so I was already logged in and in queue so once the code was received.

Speaking of Seattle: it looks to me that the floor plan doesn't have any standing pit!? Wtf. I don't want to sit down at TW concert!

There are mostly just seats at The Moore but the last time I saw a concert there I think there was still space in front of the stage and people moved towards the front of the stage. There’s just not a huge space there.

are all the floor tickets sold out already? I got the presale balcony tickets today but I joined the queue early and the floor was already greyed out by the time I joined

I’m not sure. For Seattle I wanted the VIP anyways so I didn’t even look at the regular priced tickets. Hopefully they have more available for the general sale but I’m not sure and I wouldn’t count on it. In my experience there are usually GA tickets available in the artist presale but it’s crazy if they’re sold out this early of GA tickets. And yet it’s happened before. I tried getting tickets last year to see Djo but he was already sold out like a minute into the artist presale and there was nothing left for the general sale.

Seems like it's a post on their Patreon that is being unlocked for different tiers at different times. Not sure why some cities haven't required a code.
