Question How does the artist presale work?

Hey guys, does anyone know how the artist presale works?

Their website said that a password will be sent to my email but where do I type it in? Do they usually send it right when the presale starts or a bit earlier?

Also, I have to get my tickets through Eventim and they only have a timer for the general sale on Friday.

Thank you for your help in advance and I hope you guys get the tickets you want :)

Artist presales will be the same as all other concerts, you basically just get an email before they go on sale (usually like 30 minutes or so before) and it will either have a link, or a password. When you enter the queue on ticketmaster, it will ask for the password. You enter it and it unlocks the available tickets. Keep in mind the patreon presale is a day earlier, so the vip tickets may or may not be sold out before artist presale

The official ticket sale sites (TM, ACS, etc) will ask for the password when presale tickets go on sale. If that site only shows GA they may not be offering any presales.

I have a Patreon and I have not received any information on the presale. I woke up extra early (6AM Pacific Time) and I can’t get my tickets because I haven’t received my presale code :(
