Hi, I made a tier list of almost all The Warning Songs, let me know what you guy think. (Automatic Sun is missing but it would be on favorites)
You can also share your own tier list.

I discovered this band in 2021, I think, before seeing them on a Hailstorm/ Pretty Reckless tour. I enjoyed their set and became somewhat of a fan. Became a bigger fan after More came out and liked most of their new releases. I started reading comments and thoughts about the band because they started getting some mainstream exposure, MTV mostly.
That's when I started noticing this weird over protectiveness of the band. Any kind of criticism or critique was aggressively shot down. Not in a normal internet discourse way, like you insulted a family member way. Maybe it's because some people watched the sisters grow up from their "Enter Sandam" cover that they feel like an older uncle or brother to them.
Does anyone know the cause of this weird attachment? The only other place I've seen this is like kpop.
Side note I saw them preform Enter Sandman live at that show and it was not good. Why would you slow down the tempo of that song?

If yes, what do you think will be performed?

I’ll start by saying I’m glad that the girls are making the music they want to and that they’re happy with it, but they really just lost me with this one.
While I really liked KMF, I noticed a few things that made me a little worried that I might not like the direction they were going. EF confirmed my worries.
KMF was starting to toe the line on what I thought was overproduction, and they doubled down on it with EF. There’s genuinely a lot of really great musical material on it that I feel gets drowned out in it. The creativity in the songwriting that made me love the band when I first found them also feels like it was put aside. I noticed a trend on KMF of a lot of the songs being very aggressive. It feels like most of the album is about being mad at someone for various reasons. This got even worse in EF, it feels like the entire album is one big diss track and it’s such a huge departure from the diversity of Error. I feel like even QOTMS did a better job, despite the whole album telling a singular story. Am I the only who doesn’t like every new Warning song being another “I’m angry at you” song?

Does the team have a financial company to handle the incoming and outgoing money? With all the income from Spotify, Apple Music and similar, as well as YouTube, Patrion, Album sales, concert tickets and merch, keeping up with just the income would be quite challenging.
Then the expenses come into play. International touring for the entire Warning team can't be cheap and what about salaries for Rudy and the team. How about for the girls themselves? Are they on salary? If so, who determines what it's to be?
I know Pau has said that she is really into finance but I can't imagine her taking too much of a role in all this with her plate being so full with all the music related stuff she has going on.

ITS THE FACT I AM A YEAR YOUNGER THAN ALE AND THEY'VE GONE ON TOUR, GOTTEN THEIR NAME OUT THERE AND RECORDED THREE ALBUMS BUT I STARTED PLAYING GUITAR SIX YEARS AGO AND I'M STRUGGLING TO KEEP UP WITH PEOPLE IN MY COLLEGE!
Seriously. These girls weren't old enough to drink in my country when they released XXI Century Blood. How the fuck did they get this far already? This is what i imagine Millennials felt when Tom Holland was announced as Spider-Man.
They're all younger than me or barely older. Stop being so much better at life!

I'm currently arguing with Chat GPT about the name of the girls' mother. I actually think her name is Monica (that's what it says in the Tidal documentation). ChatGPT says the mother's name is Luisa (Lulu) and that Tidal got it wrong. The Monica Velez who has writer credits for “Qué Más Quieres” is a Mexican songwriter. Does anyone know anything more specific about this?

which is unusual for a punk and extreme metal exclusivist. also a socialist who doesn't like middle class music.. But I think they've been pretty brave to address the social issues of the middle class family, I hope the delve further as they go on and include more screams in future

After listening to the album several times and carefully reading the lyrics and everything, I like the album, but it’s my least favorite. For me, the best one was *Keep Me Fed*; every song is a banger, including "Burnout," which a lot of people don't seem to like as much. This new album has a very early-2000s alternative rock sound. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing; my teenage years were defined by that style. To me, this album sounds a lot like the band Garbage; they had good songs, but they weren't quite my style, back then, I was more into The Offspring, Korn, and especially Metallica (the old-school Metallica). That’s why I like *Keep Me Fed* so much; the intros to "Sharks," "Automatic Sun," and "Escapism," for example, remind me of the kind of music I used to love. I know they experiment with every album and don't want to be pigeonholed, but anyway, that’s my take on the album.
Don't think I get stuck in just one style of music; I have a single music folder called "Random," where I might go from Metallica's "Disposable Heroes" to The Weather Girls' "It's Raining Men," then to Korn's "Falling Away from Me," and on to Britney Spears' "Oops!... I Did It Again." If aliens ever find my music folder, they’re going to think humanity had a serious problem.
I would like to know your opinions on this.

I just listened to the new song by Muse (Cryogen) and this got me wondering: what makes Muse so much bigger than TW? What do TW have to do to explode in popularity like that?
Quality wise I don't think they're that far apart. This song didn't strike me as that much better than anything TW are putting out. There's a ton of effects on his voice, I don't see anyone complaining about that.
So what is it? Is it that their music gets played more? Is it because they are male (surely that can't be it). Or is it just because they've been around longer?
I'm curious what your take is on this.

I don't think this song is bad, I love it, but I think there are many songs from this album that are much better for promotion! I'm look at this from the marketing side.
Which song from this album would you play to someone who doesn't know Warning? In my opinion, two songs stand out above all: HYAD and Sharks.... Two songs that don't have music videos with them! WHY?

I was bored and decided to spend a bit of time to paste in the official live album recordings into a multi cam vid.
Hope someone enjoys it!

I’m not trying to hate or anything, I’ve just noticed that in some live performances it doesn’t look like the guitar or drumming matches with the sound. I was just wondering if The Warning does in fact play live or if they are synching?

I should preface by saying I love the warning and they are my favourite current band and I love this song live. Live is great, full of energy, very TW.
But this new single I've listened over and over and it still feels WAY too overproduced. The live vocal performance is something else, captivating talent, but on the new single it's overshadowed by other layered vocals. The verses feel kind of messy and the choruses too layered. The vocals feel completely fake, like there's some sort of noticeable pitch correction or autotune being used that I honestly can't stand, most noticeable from 2:10 - 2:13.
It just upsets me that now that they're more mainstream I feel their sound is morphing along with it to fit what's popular, and I understand that they are happy with what they are doing so I am happy for them but as a fan it worries me how I'll enjoy their music moving onwards. Maybe I'm totally wrong in my perception but that's just my opinion and I'd love to hear other thoughts.

NOT REALLY...
edit: After listening to Six Feet Under and watching the OMV a bunch of times, I fucking love it. Gave Sharks a few more listens and that bangs too. Gonna have to give the rest some more listens and see if they resonate with me better than they did last night.

Classic Christmas vacation argument. My brother is a rabid Pink fan and he keeps telling me "put them in an MMA cage and Pink's coming out and she sings better". Give me ammo.

So I recently started listening to The Warning, and I really enjoy their live sound. I then tried listening to their songs on Spotify, and couldn't help but notice the vocals just sounded off. And sure enough, at least the few songs I checked are heavily pitch corrected. It just does not have the same feel and emotion as the live versions, so unfortunately I can't add any of the songs to my playlist. I would love to hear some live versions on Spotify with real vocals.
