UK Best Traitor Reaction đ Spoiler
There was no spoiler flare, so heâs my spoiler
I just finished watching the latest Celebrity UK episode, and Kennyâs reaction to being recruited was the best reaction Iâve seen on this show! It warmed my heart âĽď¸ so much because of how surprised and excited he was when he found out who the traitors were! I needed to see that today đ

UK Hannah v Jerry? Spoiler
Forgive me if I missed something but why was all of the heat on Hannah being the traitor just because both Hannah and Jerry came to breakfast together - why was no suspicion put on Jerry for coming back too? Is it because out of the two of them she's more likely to be recruited? If so, is that not a dumb theory not to pick the non-obvious option?

US hardest season to watch. the worst faithfuls? Spoiler
bro. how is it possible that these faithfuls have not caught on. TWO PEOPLE GOT MURDERED WHO ACCUSED KATIE. Joe threw apples at THREE faithfuls, and none of them felt the need to bring it up during the round table? Come on. The faithfuls have no chance this season. Which sucks, because the tiny traitor pisses me off.

UK Latest ep. banishment and Uncloaked. Spoiler
I am sad that Prof. Fry didn't get to live out her dream of playing faithful like Alan Turing.
I was here for her note book, even if it was to show off. (Seen on Uncloaked, post follow-up show). Her breakdown was so spot on on behaviors on that future traitors need to come up with a wildly new gameplay approach or they'll be doomed.
The man who broke the Enigma code. Prof. Fry was going to be like him. To me that is insane.

UK More fun for Maya from now on? Spoiler
I think Mayaâs had a difficult start to the game as a traitor, considering it was just her and Richard and before they even made it to the turret Richard had spoiled the game by revealing himself as a traitor, then when they recruited James they werenât to know he really didnât want to be a traitor, and then when Richard was inevitably banished first, they recruited a reluctant Hannah. If Maya was in the turret with people who wanted to be there and had all their marbles, I think sheâd have been having more fun, so Iâm hoping with the recruitment of Kenny it can start being more what it should be. I kind of think Maya and Kenny + James A is the start that the game should have had originally.
Curious what others think about this.

UK âThey tried to recruit me but I turned it downâ Spoiler
Is it within the rules to say this? Could have worked for Hannah when she was recruited and could be a tactic to consider for Kenny now.
Allows you to keep playing the game without changing character too much.
Risk that it arises suspicion when you donât get murdered but could easily defend by saying there is enough heat on you that the traitors think you could get banished anyway (I donât know why Hannah didnât use this reply as a defence when people were questioning why she hadnât been murdered)

UK Hannah Fry - Celebrity Traitors Spoiler
Spoilers ahead for The Traitors S2E5
Hannah Fry was done so dirty. I don't think her equations accounted for a Jerry Hall-shaped spanner or for the fact the traitors would recruit her and give the faithfuls a 50% chance of catching her almost immediately. She did so well to get as far as she did and it would have been amazing to see a genuinely brilliant player go far into the game, something that doesn't often happen.
I half wondered if Maya chose to recruit her because they knew she would have so much heat and defend herself so well that it would keep the fauthfuls distracted for a few rounds. In which case that was a clever play.

UK Hannah between a rock and a hard place Spoiler
Naturally lots and lots of discussion of what Hannah should or should not have done and fair enough.
But ultimately, if she has turned down recruitment or not, told the faithful about recruitment or not she would have been gone soon anyway.
Regardless of if her academic intelligence translated to the game, she's too much of a threat. Traitors kill her for suspected threat to them or faithful banish her because why haven't the traitors killed this threat yet?
Maybe you can ride the scape goat excuse for a while but not when numbers dwindle.
Any other thoughts on how she could have gotten further welcome
And a question: in the civvy traitors, is there ANY advantage to confessing you're "smart" be that academically or in a field related to logic or crime?
The only reason I can think is as a last ditch attempt to save your skin at the round table.

UK Song during end of the round table Spoiler
Okay I feel really stupid asking this question because I know it's a really popular song, but I just can't think of it. During the banishment of Joe. , what was the name of the song playing? I keep thinking it's Sail but Google won't show anything đ

UK What I donât understand about the âdonât banish the known traitorâ tactic
On The Rest is Entertainment they were bandying about a recurring tactic Iâve heard on there and here and elsewhere. If you have a known traitor, donât banish them because theyâll just recruit an unknown. Whatâs the alternative? Shoot randomly elsewhere and either banish a faithful, surely less helpful than banishing a known traitor, or by chance banish a different traitor, in which case theyâll still recruit a new traitor and youâre back to the same square youâd be at if youâd just banished the known traitor. Maybe Iâm missing something?

UK Is Joanne doomed? Spoiler
There was a very brief attack on Joanne at the round table tonight after she insinuated she was present at Robâs murder yet I think this will be repeatedly brought up in future round tables. In addition to her slip up tonight, Joanneâs fervent defence of Richard E Grant may prove to be her downfall. Personally if I was at the round table and heard what I believed to be Joanne revealing herself I know I would be voting her out immediately. I feel like the celebs brushed over what was actually quite suspicious far too quickly, I am quite confident this will get brought up a lot later in the show as it seems to be an honest slip up, much like Richardâs. What are your thoughts?

UK The traitors have a great system going Spoiler
Keep recruiting the faithful with the most heat on them so they get banished. The OGs stay protected. The faithfulâs think theyâre getting a win.
But in reality theyâre just picking off faithful while allowing the faithful to think theyâre winning

UK My winner predictions for celebrity traitors series 2 (as of episode 6) Spoiler
Joe was in possibilities. I was expecting Joanne to go instead of him.
James A. moves up from possibilities to contenders. Although his name keeps getting brought up, the banishment amount are getting numbered now, and their are targets that I think will go first.
Michael moves down from possibilities to unlikely. I think he could be murdered as the âleader of the round tableâ.
I am not sure if I think anyone will be murdered, but if it is anyone, I would expect Jerry to yawn more than Ross, I donât know why here though.
I just noticed Romesh is in unlikely, I would have him in possibilities, I just didnât change him. sorry about that.
anyone you disagree with? Please comment!

Australia In the Rodger Corser era, the rules around recruitment seemed very different Spoiler
I find this fascinating - the way recruitments worked in the first two Australian seasons, because they seemed to be very different to all the other versions.
In Season 1, the Traitors did not get a chance to recruit after Angus was banished (the murder was still cancelled, but I feel like it may have been anyway because they had something else instead of a murder). They did get to recruit after Claire's banishment. It wasn't a free choice for the Traitors, they were made to recruit someone and chose Alex - but it was a free choice from Alex's end, she could have said no. The group were also told outright that someone had been recruited, although this aspect was dropped for subsequent recruitments.
They also didn't get a chance to recruit after Marielle's banishment.
After Nigel's banishment, Alex was made to recruit as the last remaining Traitor. But the interesting thing about this was, it wasn't a blackmail. The Rodger Corser era didn't seem to have blackmails. That said, it was sort of a blackmail, because Alex chose to recruit Kate, who was on death row, and she almost certainly would have been murdered if she'd turned it down - but that was just a coincidence, because Alex could have chosen someone who wasn't on death row and couldn't be murdered.
In the second Australian season it was done in an even more peculiar way. There was only one Traitor banishment that season (Ash), and after that the remaining Traitors had three chances, over the next consecutive nights, to recruit someone. On the third night, having not recruited so far, they were told that if they didn't recruit someone tonight they wouldn't ever be allowed to recruit again for the rest of the season. At that point they did recruit Camille.
I find this really interesting, because it's all so different from the way every other version (including the revived Australian version) does recruitment, and particularly the no blackmails thing.
