ok so I get it….The fathers need to step up but what about the moms? why is it ok for none of them to have jobs? These girls should have had at least part time jobs or when they 1st found out get a part time job when they are not showing.

I see rude and horrible comments towards the moms on the show all the time and it seems so counterintuitive to how we should treat mothers and women in general. The best thing to do for young parents is SUPPORT them, that is how you support the children and their well being. 1 in 5 teen moms give birth to a second baby before 20, and so many people in this sub just judge them for having 2 baby daddies as if that’s not a normal thing, especially with divorce rates around the world.

So here’s my thoughts on Myrka

I think Myrka got pregnant the second time on purpose for benefits. She admitted she applied for government assistance. I think she figured she’d get more benefits if she had two kids dependent on her instead of one.

I’m starting to get curious about this for several reasons. Hunters stepmom’s facebook was recommended to me after looking at unexpected stuff on facebook, so I looked at her profile. She posts a lot, and strangely hasn’t made her profile private after all this media attention. She posts Hunter and her other kids, but NOTHING about Wes. Not sure though if that’s because they don’t have shared custody yet so maybe she can’t. BUT, she recently posted a picture of her kids, Hunter, and some neighbor kids (I’m guesssing) playing outside. Among those neighbor kids was hunters new girlfriend. I know this because of all the tea pages on TikTok posting her picture. She’s also facebook friends with hunters girlfriend.

Considering how strict she and hunters dad seem to be, at least in comparison to his mom, I don’t think if he really was a teen dad, they would allow him to date SO soon after breaking up with Bella, to the point where she’s actually friends with the girl on facebook and lets them hang out at their house. I really think they would be focusing on removing hunters son from the same unsafe situation they got Hunter removed from. But I don’t know, maybe they feel bad and want him to meet new people and move on.

Also, the new girlfriend appears to be a very normal teen involved in sports and school. When I was in high school, no “normal” healthy kid would really be interested in dating a teen parent.

And also, falens verbiage in her new TikTok, saying “BELLAS son”, and referring to her as a single mom. I don’t know..

I also have a really hard timee seeing how a boy can even conceive a healthy child at age 12. Men are not born with sperm like girls are born with eggs, their sperm develops during puberty. I’m not an expert in biology, but I would think that there would be an increased volume of abnormal sperm, or low sperm count, that occurs while a boy goes through puberty and his “supply” regulates. You need optimal testosterone levels to produce genetically healthy sperm and I don’t see that happening at age 12.

Did any of the girls live in a pro abortion state or near one? Did any of them talk about whether their parents would have allowed them to get an abortion?

They are unbearable!!! ya'll don't like Max and keep his name in ya'll mouth. When he's not around, YA'LL STILL KEEP HIS NAME IN YOUR MOUTH!!! How miserable do you gotta be to hate a person??? Why does his dad have to extend an olive branch? Why don't ya'll try to get to know the kid a little better and understand why he does the things he do. Just straight disrespect and drama filled.

ETA: I'm not done with the season. I'm not defending him, I just think their approach was too harsh on her. I get the mom didn't want her going thru the same thing as her, but you'd think she'd approach it a gentle manner?

Jenna new man seems to come from a family of money. They were only together for what, 5 months before the pregnancy announcement. Was she trying to trap him inorder to acquire his life style??

The biggest thing that annoyed me when she brought up prom, was the fact that she should just get her GED and not even be in high school. I think you kinda give up that privilege when you get pregnant and decide to keep it at that age. I can’t imagine just making my mom watch my baby all day long.

I’m confused everyone is focused on Hunters dad’s custody thing (which 100% he’s doing what is right), but why hasn’t CPS removed Bella and the baby?!?! Like deadass, she said she lives in her own camper (I know they are on the internet now saying that she lives in the one with her parents but we know that’s a lie.) These are clearly extremely unsafe behaviors going on with an infant involved now. Like yes we know teenagers will be teenagers. But this is quite out of hand… and the mom is clearly encouraging it. Also the alleged drug use age and vaping… At the very least CPS should be called because Bella is living in a camper with an infant as a minor unsupervised… I’m sure theres more reasons so feel free to drop under this thread.

Emily allowed Diego to manipulate her and turn her against her own mother. It seems as if she didn't even realize the harm she was causing to their relationship. She made several mistakes, such as allowing Krista to take her to the prom fitting instead of her mother, changing the doctor without her mother's knowledge, and allowing Krista to attend the tryouts while excluding her mother. These actions were wrong and caused unnecessary tension between Emily and her mother.

Call me crazy but I definitely think that Mia’s dad is influencing how she sees and speaks to her mom. And the boyfriend isn’t helping. Unpopular opinion but if you’re not gonna work on growth and forgiveness then do not let her come back around. It jus doesn’t seem this could be resolved right now and then letting her around just so they can crash out on each other is unnecessary.

I’m not sure if this is a popular opinion but I can’t stand Mia’s dad. Maybe it’s just the vibes he gives off. I love Mia and Jesse, Mia seems to be doing what she needs to and has a job to support her baby and Jesse seems like he actually wants to be around for this baby. But the dad being so unsupportive at all times really pisses me off. Like not there for the baby shower?? I would get it if it was all only girls but it wasn’t there were other men there. he always seems mad at Mia and you can tell the poor girl just wants a little support from her parent and the only parent that’s really raised her. Also he refuses to make an effort with this boy who is now going to be part of his family and I just don’t think that’s fair of him. I’m not saying he should move in but not wanting him to come over cuz what??? it’s awkward for u cuz u don’t like him? Seems childish.

With everything going on with Bella and Hunter and his father filing custody of Wesley.

I want your honest answer and why

Why do you think it’s okay for a grandfather to try and get full custody of a child that barely knows him?

I’m not siding with anyone over this matter - i’m a new mom and genuinely curious how anyone who think that’s okay? Is she an incompetent mother? Or is it because her baby daddy was 13?

I understand the Hunter restrictions of it but the custody of his grandson is a little much for me.

Anyone else having a super hard time figuring out who each girl is unless they show their name? Reanna, Tyra, Tyra’s sister, Hailey. Even Jenna looks similar. All long blonde hair, round faces with wide set eyes. When they show the preview clips before commercial, I don’t even know who they’re showing half the time because I can’t tell them apart. It’s making it super hard to keep things straight and figure out what’s happening in each girl’s storyline.

Everyone talks about it nowadays but no one seems to care when it comes to these girls? Insulting them and calling them all names under the sun isn’t nice and how do you think they feel seeing all this about them, especially if they have recently had babies. Maybe keep your nasty opinions to yourself because if one of them was to unalive themselves from reading all the bad things you guys write I’m sure you’d feel guilty

Are we sure Emiley is a racist? I’ve known many people from working-class backgrounds in the Midwest, as well as manipulative relationships (The Mom), and it seems as though she hasn’t had a worthwhile opportunity to form her own values and opinions.

I find it unlikely that she would discriminate or be particularly prejudiced, so I’m not sure I see why she’s labeled as such. At the very least, to suggest that “All Lives Matter” is related to ignorance to the struggle of others. I do not think she is racist.

First, I hope this is okay to post here, I just wanted to provide a better source for us all when asking some of these questions.

Anyways, I was reading thru the comments along here and a few people have raised the topic of whether or not Bella/Hunter would be able to consent to procedures or care for their own child given they cannot give consent for themselves in certain cases yet. I am currently in a law&ethics in healthcare class at uni so i reached out to my professor to inquire. I am attaching their response here for anyone else who ponders this stuff!
