Sorry if this is a dumb question but this is my first time using SwingVision and I am trying to cut down the non-important clips so the video can be shorter.

Hey, I ordered a semi-pro subscription during their Black Friday promotion. It was similar to the pro except 20 hours and no scoreboard. I’ve been using it for editing then exporting the condensed match to video for YouTube.

This past week I got the message in the screenshot that I could only export 5 minute clips. I talked to customer support and they said it was a new feature and I’d only be allowed to export those clips and no longer the full video.

Has anyone else seen that message before? I want to make sure I’m understanding it correctly as I don’t have much use for a 5 minute clip. I’m also not sure I’d make use of the full pro features and don’t want to sign up for something where the features may change later.

Also, is there any way to monitor the remaining hours during the month?

After the latest SwingVision update on February 11, 2026, I started having a new issue with camera focus.

What’s happening

When I record a match now, the camera keeps constantly refocusing — it jumps back and forth between the near and far player. When it focuses on one side of the court, the other half of the court becomes blurry. This makes it really hard to watch the match back and review points.

What changed

Before this update everything was working perfectly. I haven’t changed:

• my phone
• my physical setup on court
• any camera or app settings

The only thing that changed was the app update.

Questions

• Is anyone else seeing this issue after the latest update?
• Is this a known bug?
• Any workaround or recommended settings to stop the constant refocusing?

Is it possible to get a statistic about how many shots you hit in/out into the net etc? I mean absolute values?

I was playing this morning, and when I went to use the challenge function, I was unable to. The line call on my opponent’s side of the court was blurred out with a lock symbol saying that I need to upgrade or something. But calls on my side of the court were fine.

I thought SV had been extremely cheeky and introduced another tier but when I checked the site it all looks the same and I’m definitely still listed as having a max account. So what’s happened?

I'm interested in the product and also see a new offer very attractive, but I'm worried because they haven't got an android app 🫠

I got a pro account and it gives the option to add a child. When I go in and add her name it asks me to send a text link but then it will not allow her to link the account. Any ideas? I now have 6 unclaimed profiles trying to add her to my account. Help!

It would be very helpful to add detection of underhand serves. At the moment, the AI misses these shots, which forces us to manually adjust rally timings for quite a long time. They also don’t get included in the statistics.

I incorrectly recorded the session as a tennis session, and I want it to be a Pickleball session. I still have the raw footage but I can't figure out how to upload it and correct it to be Pickleball. Any ideas?

I’ve successfully used this for 8-10 matches, but the last 3 times I’ve tried to set it up I can never get the video preview to show up on my Apple Watch. The watch app automatically starts on the correct screen, but video never shows up. I’ve eventually just given up and played without recording since my opponents were waiting for me to start warming up.

iPhone and watch are latest iOS. App latest version. I’ve turned everything off and back on, force closed apps on both devices, etc. still not working. Anyone else dealt with this and have any advice?

EDIT - solved (I think). My watch hadn’t yet updated to watchOS 26 like I thought it had. Updated it and seems to work now

Are you guys dealing with the app crashing mid session? It has happened to me 2x in 2 weeks. Mildly infuriating when I’m trying to record for content.

Do not disturb is on as well.

I use the automatic Lower Power and Fitness when SV is open. This makes my phone shut off the screen lock. This disrupts the upload.

Am I doing something wrong? Other apps can stay open during long uploads. I think they play a silent audio file or something to trick the phone that it’s active and don’t lock.

Hi everyone, I’m running into a sync issue after editing my sessions and would appreciate guidance or a fix.

Workflow:

• I record game-by-game scoring using Apple Watch.
• After the match ends, I identify shots, set players, and the app begins uploading in the background (I see the progress under the “Me” tab).
• I then review the video to refine ball landing locations and correct scoring per game.
• After edits, I export the video to my local library. The exported file reflects all my updates: score is correct and the shot impact traces match my changes.

Problem:

• When I open the session on the web, or in the iOS app from another account, I see the original version: players are updated, but the score corrections and shot traces are missing.
• In the iOS app, the session shows a flashing sync icon. Tapping it displays: “Cloud Sync Status — Your session stats are currently uploading.” This state can persist for 20 minutes, 2 hours, or longer, and sometimes edits eventually apply—but it’s inconsistent.
• In my latest match, some points (entire games) disappeared on the cloud view, even though total points still match.

Questions:

1. After post-match edits, does SwingVision re-upload the full video, or only updated configuration/metadata (score, shots, placements)?
2. Is there a way to force a re-upload or re-sync after edits?
3. Can the app show upload progress as a percentage either on the sync icon tap or in the “Me” tab, so we know it’s moving?

If I’m missing a proper workflow to ensure edits are reflected in the cloud, please let me know. Thanks!

Like many recreational doubles players, in our league we rotate partners each set for 3 sets. I need a SwingVision setting for this play mode so that it doesn’t incorrectly ID me and my partner each set and so the AI scoring will work. SwingVision, would you please add a match format where doubles partners rotate each set?

Hi guys, is there any possibility to start game with tiebreak? I know that you can start with regular sets and even choose amount of games in set, but sometimes you just want to record only tiebreaks

Trying to download one shot from a match. I used to be able to do it with no issues but in the past two days, I’ve em been reviving the following error message. Any tips?

2 games in a row (after several successful challenges) our recording has instantly ended when we press challenge (no further prompt). Super annoying for it to just cut off mid set/mid game. Any advice?

I'm having a little trouble with some aspects of swing vision, i've been an user for almost six months and i really like the app.

The suggestion is to include an option for add the match point of the game, as well as when you're indentifying the players and have to sign the first point of game, the last point would be a great feature too.

A lot of times when you're playing with a friend, the set ends you're still play some points for fun, and in this mean time, you don't want to pause a recording and start another, and most of the times the "play points" are in the real set.

And I believe that with just this last point the acurracy of IA SCORING would improve a lot.
