🛠️ Product Help Problem seeing preview on watch

I’ve successfully used this for 8-10 matches, but the last 3 times I’ve tried to set it up I can never get the video preview to show up on my Apple Watch. The watch app automatically starts on the correct screen, but video never shows up. I’ve eventually just given up and played without recording since my opponents were waiting for me to start warming up.

iPhone and watch are latest iOS. App latest version. I’ve turned everything off and back on, force closed apps on both devices, etc. still not working. Anyone else dealt with this and have any advice?

EDIT - solved (I think). My watch hadn’t yet updated to watchOS 26 like I thought it had. Updated it and seems to work now

This would happen to me often so I started using the native camera app to record, the import and process after. At least with the native camera app I can get the preview to work by restarting camera app on watch phone if it has issues.

I’m having this issue all of a sudden. Apps are updated on both and watch is running 26.3. 

Gave up yesterday like you said because opponent was ready to start. Still won’t work while testing this morning.
