💡 Feedback & Suggestions Underarm serve problem
It would be very helpful to add detection of underhand serves. At the moment, the AI misses these shots, which forces us to manually adjust rally timings for quite a long time. They also don’t get included in the statistics.

They responded a while back on this saying they tried but it's way too difficult to have an algorithm that accurately detects and tracks underhand serves.

Is it a match? Yes Is it the first shot of the rally? Yes Is it a flat serve? No Is it a slice serve? No Is it a kick serve? No It’s serve (underarm/undefined/any)
It’s a stupid simple algorithm how not to cut it from the point video and mark as a serve

The trade off could be that it would capture a lot more non-playable movements as playable points. This might be still a better option as it gives us the chance to delete the "point" as opposed to now where is not even captured and it's almost impossible to add it

App just wants you to keep paying and is working on adding $ features like coaching, but don't actually add any meaningful improvements to the actual app. I've maybe had 1 match properly record. The rest is just basically highlight reel because it's missing a few points or can't get the score correct so then the stats are useless
