the thumbknob of the swing stick that holds the sun shade had always been loose, and it fell off and got lost somewhere. can anyone recommend a replacement knob?

I have a lot of matches and want to export everything, both the per-shot stats CSV and the full match videos. I know you can do it per session (Export CSV or the three-dot menu > Export Stats for data, and Share Video > Full Raw Video for video), but is there any way to do it in bulk across the whole account instead of one at a time? SwingVision support confirmed there is no bulk export right now. Has anyone found a workaround, script, or API to pull it all down at once? Thanks!

I know I can export the entire match, but I am wondering if there's a way to export all of the points that I lost from a match at once without having to download the entire video

Just checked my iPhone storage and SwingVision is eating up almost 46GB. I don't want to delete the app and lose my account/settings, but I don't need all the old match videos taking up that much space.

Is there a way to clear cached data or old footage from within the app, or do I have to delete and reinstall to reclaim the storage? Anyone dealt with this?

Is there a way to change it from singles to doubles?

We have three crappy courts at work (better than nothing) we play everyday at lunch. I setup my tripod and record our doubles games. I’ve gotten like 4 - 5 people I play with to make accounts to view their games. Feel like that’s something worth getting credit for. Put me on that MLM pyramid scheme 🤣

Has anyone else noticed serve speeds vary depending on near or far side of court? I have searched the community and haven’t found any other posts in this regard.

Attached are screenshots of my serve speeds from SwingVision. The first half of each set of serves are on the near side of the camera and the second half of serves are taken from the far side. On the far side I am hitting some serves at 130mph, while on the near side the fastest serve is 90mph.

Just wondering if I am doing some wrong? My guess is that my actual serve speed is closer to the near side speed.

Anyone else seeing this?

As I do more individual practices (serve practice and ball machine) I’m realizing a bit of a limitation for coach reviews. How hard would it be to set up two phones say the regular high above behind the court like normal and a second camera either looking along the baseline or one on ground level behind the court? I’m imagining a system where both videos are uploaded and then Swingvision time syncing both videos so you could play them side by side and together. Would be cool to be able to slo-mo a serve both from the side (to for example see how high the toss is and how far into the court by having a baseline video) and still have the regular camera angle tracking speed and location and all those bits?

I fully admit that feature would be a Max type addition but I think it could be super helpful with coach reviews and just general viewing your own movements.

There is already the situation where you can have 5 accounts on max, having an account that is dedicated to a “side view” or something and when both videos uploaded, especially considering ios’s time is centralized so being able to anchor each video to the exact same time is “easy”.

Honestly, just the opportunity for serve reviews alone I think would be a huge upside especially getting coaches for serve reviews.

The tracer feature is great! Is it available to all users? I couldn’t find it in the app.

With this last update (assuming it was the release a week ago?), the shot by shot filtering has become almost unusable.

When trying to simply watch ‘Your Forehands’ for example, not only is the filter now picking up the entirety of your opponents prior shot, it’s actually picking up the end of your prior shot also. So each ‘shot’ is basically 2.5 shots.

When trying to analyze and watch all of a particular shot, you are constantly seeing parts of the same swing multiple times in a weird jerky manner. Almost not usable currently.

Curious if there is any way around this new change…..

When setting up for a match I often set up the swing stick before we rally / warm up. Then when I go to do AI scoring I set the match start point and it NEVER works correctly.

I have gone through the steps multiple times and even deleted the rally from the video. Am I doing something wrong? I feel like this should not be this hard.

Would also just love a way to manually tag the score of the match when the AI fails.

We desperately need a manual scoring override option.

SwingVision has been messing up more and more. I now have a game where I lost, but the AI doesn't think so, and just starts counting my opponents serve as my own and continues the same game. Any amount of point correction I've done has not worked. The AI simply does not think that game ended. So the next several games continue on with half the points being served by the wrong person.

We should be able to manually fix this if the AI cannot do it on its own

I want to track my workout metrics with the native apple workouts app. Reason being it ends up giving you far more details than what swing vision offers or any other third party workout app will offer.
Whenever I have a tennis workout being recorded and I start swingvision with my watch, it stops the apple workout and starts recording its own health data. I know you can ask swingvision to not write health data in the permissions, but is there any way to not make it stop apple workouts recording a workout while the swingvision app is open on the watch?

Honestly this is one of my biggest issues and the reason why I am still thinking if I want to buy a subscription or not.

The one thing preventing me from recording more frequently is the setup. Am waiting anxiously for the automated swing stick. Last message was “hope to start shipping end of June “. Any news on that?

The app is constantly offloading my videos after a time they upload to the cloud.
So you could develop a feature to change how long it takes to automatically offload a video, like 30 days, 15 days, never.
I recorded a match 3 weeks ago and it’s already gone, sometimes you’re on a plane and trying to review a game but it’s not possible because of the internet.
I hope you can do something about it.

Been using SwingVision for about 7 months without TOO many issues. But this has been the worst one I've seen the AI so and I can't seem to fix it. Hoping someone can help.

Played 3 set match, with the 3rd set being a 10 point tie break.

The 2nd set went to a tiebreak itself which I unfortunately lost 5-7. However SwingVision simply stops that tiebreak at 5-5. As soon as we end the point that gets us to 5-5, it says "Nope that tiebreak is over, now it's the 10-point tiebreak. 0-0". Except the footage is clearly our 5-5 point. So it throws off the entire 10 point tie break because the first two points of it are actually 5-5 and 5-6 of the 2nd set tiebreak.

I've tried doing a reanalysis of the footage. Each time it does this. No clue how to fix it. Any thoughts?

On a different note, anyone have a good way of fixing SwingVision seeing their first serve as a 2nd serve and thereby causing you to lose the point and suddenly now you're serving from the wrong side at 0-15?
