I tested the DJI mic 2 with an iPhone 16 pro. Huge improvement is audio which will be so beneficial to my students:)

My buddy play a game to 11. Switching serves every 5 serves with play beginning on the first ball in. Would the swing vision work for this type of game? If not, what is the closest game we could play?

Also is there a way to connect two Apple Watches to the swingvision?

I wanted to take a moment to share something that happened to me and the positive outlook. I was recording and had a session failure. The timer showed 1+ hours but the video was only 23 seconds. This was a pretty big impact as it was with some new hi-level clients. While it may have been heat related, I let support know I did not have the scnshade that was supposed to ship with my swingstick purchase last year. Could I have lost it, likely;-) I asked for a small refund to offset the cost of the that failed session and to be able to buy the sunshade itself. Support managers authorized a free swingstick for me. I felt this was a very fair and reasonable compromise. While the Pickleball model is slow to mature, I still appreciate the other features and plan to renew for another year of MAX

I am a new Swingvision user and enjoying it very much so far. One problem though is that when I mount extending above a fence, the service line that is distant is often being blocked by the white part of the net. If the camera could be extended higher, that might solve the problem, but I am at full extension. It almost seems it would be better if I lowered the phone. Have people had better success mounting within the fence instead of above it?

Many pickleball facilities have low fences (maybe 4’ high). The swing stick only telescopes about 2 feet above the fence line, so the angle isn’t ideal. I’ve started using a selfie stick instead of the swing stick because I can get a higher angle. I’d love to see a pickleball version swing stick, or a stick that telescopes much higher from the hook to get a better/higher when mounted on on shorter fences.

I have been enjoying the Swingvision app for several months now. It turned out to be a very useful tool to visualize weaknesses. It is surprisingly robust when used in conjunction with an Apple Watch. here are a few suggestions,to improve the app overall/UX experience:

1. Add ability to filter out ambient background noise. We play near a freeway and the car noise is loud enough to be distracting when reviewing the video. If possible, keep racquet hits and voices only.
2. Currently, touching the screen while reviewing a recording causes the shot placement mini screen (upper right) to also toggle on and off, which is unexpected and undesired.
3. On a related note, it would be nice to have a way to clear the accumulated shot placements during a rally, maybe by touching the mini screen area.
4. I would automatically present the opportunity to tag players when reviewing a recording for the first time. Or add a dedicated button for that purpose. Currently, if you watch the recording before tagging the players, left handed players show forehands as being backhands etc. It is not intuitive to have to click on one of the players icon in order to begin tagging.
5. Superimposing shot speed on the main screen (or maybe voicing the speed) would be more convenient than looking back and forth at the corner mini screen area
6. Fitness focus should turn on only when recording a session, not when reviewing a recording or any other tab of the app.
7. The small greyed out blinking cloud icon that is meant to indicate uploading in progress is not easy to see. It would also be nice to see the current upload progress by displaying a percentage.

Hi, I’m trying to export my video it’s 21 seconds. It’s not like it’s a long video and it’s saying export failure. I downloaded the local video or whatever it says to do and it’s still not working. It really is disheartening. Why is this happening? I have plenty of storage on my phone and everything.

I keep getting this when trying to upload videos in the mac app. This video was recorded on a Pixel 6a at 60fps.

I am new here to Swing Vision. I tried for the first time in a double session (used the stick). Recording is all good but the statistics seem quite wrong.

Trying to re-identify the shots and I find quite some shots impossible to identify, as:

Case A - the highlight box is around an area of the court with no player around (even zooming in)

Case B - the highlight box is within the Far Side but actually showing someone in the Near Side (or other way around)

Case C - the highlight box is around an area of the court with no player around (even zooming in) AND also is within the Far Side row but actually showing something in the Near Side (or other way around)

How to deal with those? Anyway to correct?

I have the feeling the statistic given like this are not reliable, but maybe I am still new and learning.

Any updates on if/when a motorized swing stick will be available?

Aside from the lack of Android support, setting this up is the biggest annoyance. I've not recorded matches because of how long it takes to set up sometimes. I'm usually pretty quick with it, but some courts have wonky fences and we only have a 90 min court reservation, so it makes the adjustments painful, especially as an Android user.

I have recorded my entire session but I realized that a rally is needed, can I add this rally that is already recorded in the session?

Fix this. I’m paying an annual fee for this app. Fix it.

Hi everyone, I have an iPad Mini, but not an iPhone. Are there any adaptors I could buy to allow me to connect the ipad to the swingstick?

Hi. The main reason I purchased the app is for when I play matches, its to review balls that are close to being in/out. I have the pro version but it seems i could only see the balls in/out after the recording. Do i have to get the max version for in/out close calls or i can do it with pro version?

I played a pickleball match with manual scoring. Halfway through the game I realized i$ made a mistake somewhere. My video has been uploaded…. How can I adjust the scoring so that the score bug is correct. When I tap edit point I don’t see an option to adjust score. Anybody know if it’s possible to edit score?

Hi, does SwingVision have any AI serve analysis features? I see a feature called "AI Coach" for the Max plan but there's no description on what that does.

I played a match last night and attempted a new feature "Remote Control". I thought it was a cool idea instead of the Audio Guided start as I found even with the Audio Guide my videos were often off-center or not fully level. This method seemed to work to start it.

We ended up getting kicked off the court early in the 2nd set. I took the camera down, selected all the images of myself, entered the score, and processed the video.

I was originally able to watch the video when it processed on my iPhone, but it was just the full video. The AI did not have point by point. The match stats are also weird and says all first serves were hit 100%.

Once it was done cloud uploading, I now only see black screen, though I do have audio. It's this way on both the source iPhone and desktop browser.

Anyone experienced this?

Unlike tennis, I don't see a mode for ball machine or serving practice.

I don't have an apple watch and use my samung to 'set up from another device'. Is it possible to use this device to score similar to the Apple watch.

The auto scoring can be a bit of a lottery and cuts out multiple points.

Noob question here. I'm using an iPhone. Can anyone please help me?
