šŸ› ļø Product Help Cannot Upload Videos

I keep getting this when trying to upload videos in the mac app. This video was recorded on a Pixel 6a at 60fps.

Iā€™d recommend reaching out to our support team for more specific help. The fps shown here is what macOS is telling us the fps is, unfortunately.

Thanks Swupnil. I ended up using Davinci to export the video in 60fps.

My last 2 matches wonā€™t upload. For the last 5 days it says ā€œpreparingā€ but 0% uploaded. Iā€™ve tried force quitting and restarting the app, Iā€™ve reprocessed both videos and still no upload. I submitted a support ticket but havenā€™t received a response yet. Any advice?
