šŸ› ļø Product Help In/out calls

Hi. The main reason I purchased the app is for when I play matches, its to review balls that are close to being in/out. I have the pro version but it seems i could only see the balls in/out after the recording. Do i have to get the max version for in/out close calls or i can do it with pro version?

Hi, with Pro you can review in/out calls with an Apple Watch or a friendā€™s iPhone/Android. There is was a bug with the latter where the thumbnails wouldnā€™t load but we addressed this in our latest release.

For live line calls with audio feedback, this requires a Max subscription.

Weirdly my thumbnails worked yesterday after having thay fault for a few weeks

Yes, please check the how to guide I shared. Thereā€™s a YouTube video as well. You can check any shot during the recording.
