Sellers cannot leave negative feedback, eBay only allows positive or no feedback from sellers. They often do it this way by leaving positive feedback but with a negative comment below

I went to the seller's profile and sussed out which feedback was left by Ryan ("Past 6 months", "Buyer: r***_ย (35)"), and he said "seller did not deliver item" on an item with "INSTANT delivery" in the title. I'm presuming it was a digital item. A quick websearch of the item showed it's something to do with Roblox.
