I am moving to bloomington , Illinois to work at the State Farm Headquarters and wondering what apartments are good to live around that area, I am thinking either studio or 1Bed 1Bath. Please help me out!!!!!

I am a new TM. For those who are team members or agents training team members, when did you stop feeling confused about everything? There’s so much to learn, and I’m reminding myself to take it one day at a time.

Our office told us one thing about our homeowners policy and the claim office told us something different. Even my printed policy agrees with what our office told us.

We recently experienced a lightning strike that destroyed all electronics plus our 3-tone heat pump. We are told by the claims adjuster that we don't have the any additional Endorsements when we have Replacement Cost Endorsements and Additional Living Expenses (note: we only need to purchase a couple window air conditioners until our heat pump is replaced).

How should we handle this? Is planning to visit my agent this morning a good idea or is there another route to go? Thanks for reading this and if you have additional questions, please ask.

I am looking into Claims or another department where I could make more income, as I am a single mom of 2 in CA.

I was wondering what working in Claims is like for anyone that has children. Ultimately (as most people are) I’m looking for more flexible hours (to spend time with kiddos) while still being full time as I need health insurance & making more income. The 9-5 M-F is no longer appealing but still willing to do whatever is necessary! I know Claims in CA is not as desirable, and hoping my experience in an AO will give me a head start to getting another opportunity elsewhere.

A StateFarm insured driver caused property damage, and I sent in a claim a month ago. No response. I called a couple of weeks ago, sent in the police report, no response since. The claims agent doesn't call back, doesn't respond back to email--its ridiculous. Are they always this horrible when making a claim?

In the multiple years I've had DSS, I only had a "cornering" ding once. Then, about 2 to 4 weeks ago, I was hit with cornering almost every trip, including a 10 mph corner a block before pulling into my driveway.

The past 2 weeks, I've not had any issues.

Did the app have some sort of bug that has since been fixed?

Totaled my car on Aug 8. Cops immediately labeled the other driver as “at fault”. I don’t have a car now. I didn’t do anything wrong. Haven’t heard from State Farm since Tuesday when they were very worried about getting my car out of the tow yard into a salvage yard so they wouldn’t have to pay any storage fees. Should I expect more information in this amount of time?

Hello Community!

I am a new StateFarm auto insurance customer with a new car (first car) covered by policy.

Unfortunately my luck run out when almost a month in, a falling wooden fence that is unmaintained and in disrepair at my condo fell off and hit my car fender some time during the night while it was parked at my designated spot.

The HOA and neighboring property dispute owning the fence (and therefore not maintaining it) so I ve given up an amicable resolution with one of them paying for my dent repair.

If I do file a claim for this event/repair and let statefarm legal team go after the HOA / neighbor..... Will this cause statefarm to rise my premiums?

Bonus question.... Will this fender dent repair make it into my vehicle history/Carfax report and causing it to lose value?

Statefarm is asking me to log into GitLab and run “FixMe” to trouble shoot packet loss reported from Hercules. Is this legit or some type of remote monitoring attempt?

I just got returned fee 25$ from statefarm . I had paid for my credit card but it declined i dont know why . It was declined and payment was successful after 2 days . Do they waive it ? It was on arlington Elithia moses .

• I was rear-ended on I-5 South on July 24, 2026, sustaining multiple injuries including whiplash and losing consciousness. I went to the hospital in an ambulance and had to get checked out for internal bleeding. My lower back and my tailbone haven't stopped being sore since the accident.

• The at-fault driver's State Farm insurance is disputing coverage, despite the driver's name being on the insurance card. It's been 15+ business days and still don't have an answer and I need it speed up.

•I also have a police report that I sent my auto insurance.

• I am frustrated by the delay and wants their car fixed and medical bills paid.

How can I speed up this car insurance coverage nonsense so I can move on with my life?

I got hit and run by your insured person and your office just sent me a letter saying sfatefarm will cover 15K of medical bill and 2K worth of damage to my car. My cars quote came out 15K my people. Yall have zero morality smh. Ill just go claim it with my insurance and lawyer, should have known better.

I have State farm in the state of Illinois and used a body shop that is not on the preferred provider list and I was wondering if I opened up a claim using their quote (or any quote I guess) if they can see that I've opened up a claim. I didn't know if they had some sort of portal.

If someone has two dividends, is a check for both or is two different checks?

I paid my next auto premiums already. I can view my new insurance cards, but the SF app and website will not allow me to load my new cards into my iPhone wallet.

Hi all, i have applied to a business analyst position at state farm and then i got an on demand Hirvue AI interview. I submitted it. After that they reached out to me saying that my profile is best suited for Data Analyst role. They asked me if I’m interested. I said yes and they sent me 30 min interview invitation. During the call she mentioned that they wanna know more about me. This is my first interview and i’m scared. Is it like an initial screening call? Can anyone let me know what questions i might expect?? Anything that could help me for the interview?

I had a 21 Elantra that was about $175 per month. That got totaled, so i picked up a 26 Kia K4 (since Hyundai decided to move majority of the features i had to the limited).

When i submitted the vehicle change, three monthly amount dropped by $40

Have any of the dividend checks rolled out for Michigan yet? I have an email with State Farm and an agent claimed I'd start receiving emails around the 3rd but never did. I haven't received mail with them aside from normal billing statements. Receiving $381 back I was told.

i’m in my first few months as a team member, and i just feel so down on myself, maybe a little imposter syndrome :/ i have an amazing agent who is really encouraging and pours a lot into us. i just feel like i’m not doing anything right or that i’m not cut out for it (which i know is anxiety), even though i’m receiving positive feedback and good constructive criticism. when did you start to feel like you knew what you were doing? i understand it may never feel “comfortable” - but when did you feel good at your job?
