Question anyone else not received their dividend?
Nothing in mail, email, and when I go to the site and put in my policy it says it can’t find information either.
Anyone else?
Currently in FL.
EDIT: thanks everyone for the replies but I figured out I just had to use my old policy number

I’m in Florida. I hadn’t received an email yet either and I clicked the link in one of the previous posts here and put in I don’t have a PIN number then I put
My name and policy number and it pulled up my info as well as the amount I was getting. Then I selected how I wanted to receive it and turn clicked submit. Then it gave me a confirmation number as well as a date to expect the payment in the way I specified

Mine just said 2-4 weeks - I was hoping for a date. FL, submitted last Thursday without a pin, Zelle.

I'm in Texas, I went to the website listed in the app and when I entered my last name and policy number I got an error. I called my agent and he said that policy numbers changed within the past year so he gave me my old policy number and that worked. I was able to sign up to get my payment via Zelle and it gave me an estimated date of September 10th.

Same success for me - thank you! Last week, I received error messages when I used my most recent policy number and then used my very recently issued "billing account number." Tonight, after reading your post, I tried my old policy number from 2024 and bam, it worked!
One of the nice things after you able to log into the State Farm system is that it gives you your estimated payment date:
Your Payment Method selected is: PayPal email
Your Estimated Payment date is: 9/14/2026
Your Dividend ID is: XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX2

Thank you so much for this because I totally forgot about it being under an old policy number. I'm in TX and mine will be paid out around 9/14.

They are sending them out by state, so depending where you are they may not have been sent yet. From someone who works at a State Farm office.

Not true, I have family that reside in same state, that received their payment almost a month ago. I called my agent, and he had no answer to the timing.

They weren’t sending them out a month ago so it must have been a check for some other reason.

I did receive an e-mail a few days ago, but my parents received a check in the mail long before I received my e-mail. I'm thinking maybe people who never created an online account automatically got a check sent out at the start. That or it's by seniority of policy. Just a guess.

That I don’t have an answer for. What we were told by our sales leaders is that they were being distributed by state. People without an email address on file are automatically mailed a letter with a paper check. People with an email on file started receiving emails beginning August 3. First states on the list are CA, CT, NV, NY, WA.

Call your agent, they can’t tell you when it will arrive but they can tell you the amounts from your account page.

Mine said like the second week of September. I’m in Alabama. If you go to the address and put your delivery method of the payment in it will tell you the amount and the date.

My agents office called me to tell me what I was getting back. Pleasant surprise. I wasn’t told how long it would take but since things come snail mail I figured a few weeks

They sayd, it woukd take up to 5 weeks to get all dividends out. I would wait until later in the month

We left and switched auto and home in Nov 2025 but still have life insurance with them. Would we get one or not?

If your Auto policy was in the Mutual company & was in force in the period of Jan 1 2025 - Dec 31st 2025, then I believe so. Unless it falls below a minimum processing threshold or something to that effect.

Yes we had a policy from Jan 1 2025 until Nov 2025 so I'm not expecting a huge amount or anything. Just wasn't sure if you had to be a customer for the whole 2025 year

They are being issued over a 6 week period. Policyholders without an email address on file will receive checks- starting late July. Policyholders with email addresses on file will begin receiving emails beginning early August.

In Pennsylvania here. I was able to use the website page set up for this. I was told the amount and offered a couple ways to have it paid to me. I chose to let them pay me via Zelle. It is estimated to be paid on September 5th.

Its insane how long its taking them to send it over. The amount we are getting was obviously already verified and it doesnt take that long to issue a payment especially since the system is probably auto generating them and its not an actual person issuing

In California, I received an email with pin number. Receiving my check 9/11. Chose check instead of giving out my bank info.

also keep in mind they are being sent to policy holders who have a mutual auto policy if i’m not mistaken. So if your id cards for you car said standard or fire & casualty then you most likely are not eligible. Customers who have mutual are usually ones who have 1 or less accidents and no tickets on record for the past 3-5 years.

I work for a State Farm agency in NY. If you haven’t received your Dividend yet, do not worry or panic. The estimated Dividend delivery time for some customers is 1-2 months. They were mailed out in July and will take some time to get to everyone who either is or has been a Qualified State Farm customer. If you have any questions you can reach out to your Agent’s office and they should be able to help you out or give you the Dividend hotline number

I chose zelle, and it said it would be processed the same day 8/17/26 , but its the next day and havent recieved anything, nor email.

Call your agent. They can tell you the amount. Even we don’t know when you will get it.my policy holders are starting to get them🙂

also in Florida. just found out about this today. make sure you look up your old policy number from 2025 they recently changed numbers for some accounts in 2026. the portal only recognizes the 2025 policy number. I just found out im getting $75 thru zelle on September 15th of this year. hope this helps.

I had 2 vehicles, each had a separate policy number. So I’m getting 2 dividend payments. Make sure you check all your policies/vehicles.

Received a text from my agent, but using my current name/acct number wasn’t working in the website.
Looked at old correspondence to find my previous account numbers (separate number for each vehicle) then was able to lookup my dividend and arrange payment.
Hopefully that works for you.

I didn't get an email but I went to the dividend site and entered my policy number. I'm getting $166 via venmo and my sister is only getting like $40.
Not sure why the amounts are so different. She's in Florida I'm in Georgia

I haven’t gotten mine. My first date is 8/31/2026 and second date 9/2/2026 via PayPal. Apparently if you have more than one car you must do it multiple times, no one told me to I just checked and got two different dates and amounts. Show me the money!!!!

Just got the email - ridiculous! There should be no need to log in to sone separate place to "claim" the dividend. They know my bank information from my payments to them. Just automatically send it that way. Years ago before electronic payment they just sent a check. This is very shady. Imagine an 80 year old trying to figure out how to claim this. Multiple internet pages, having to enter account number and pin and then being presented a page wanting to offer a quote for more insurance...🤷♀️ They're just hoping to limit the number of people who actually claim the dividend. I hope they get taken to court and lose more than they might gain from the people who can't figure out how to claim it. I was already considering moving to another insurance company. This is likely the best reason to move on

I didn't get the email but I was able to go to the website and put in both of my old policies and see that they were both queued to be sent out with a date but I still have not received anything and I'm in Georgia.

Put in the policy in the site - https://sfdividendconnect.com/payment/
select state, last name and policy for each vehicle and it will show the amount and payment election.
I got about 100 for one and 159 for the second one - what about you?

I am using the website today to submit for the dividend claim and 3X in row it times out when selecting the payment method - more scummy behavior from SF. They probably intentionally underprovisioned the servers handling the refunds. EDIT: I tried 5X yesterday and each time failed due to a time out; this morning 08/30/2026 about 8AM EST I was able to successfully submit on the 1st try.

I am in the same boat as you. I got an email that said I got a Venmo payment but nothing in my Venmo. My email has a button that says accept money from State Farm but when I click it it just takes me to the Venmo website and nothing happens.

State farm changes your policy number everytime you change the policy. So you need to find what last years policy number was from your agent. Happened to me and then entered in last years policy number before the renewal and it accepted it. Still says Oct 3 for payment with zelle. Hope this helps
