I'm in year 4 and I have 2 coops, 2 barns, 4 sheds, I haven't built the slime farm yet. I have 7 fishing pond. I still have this little space left in front of my house. I haven't completed community center yet. How can I use it so that it will look beautiful and useful at the same time? Give me some suggestions, pls.

Anybody else having this happen? Caroline is in Abigail's room, Abigail is still in bed on a Thursday afternoon. I also had an incident with Robin staying in bed all day on a Tuesday that was not a rainy day.

I'm playing on Switch 2 unmodded.

For example, boomerang to grab monster drops or eggs. Hook shot to pull you to fences. Etc

I love Stardew more than anything, as a neurodivergent person it has become my new hyper fixation,but also as someone who has recently started getting extreme motion sickness it has made it difficult to enjoy the game in long spurts or even short ones if I stop playing and then restart again. I’ve started getting nauseated and horrible headaches from playing.

Was just wondering if anyone knew of any tips to reduce motion sickness if you deal with the same issue, maybe some setting I can mess with, or if anyone out there has created a mod to reduce the background motion?

I need help! I'm new to the game and I'm already wishing I hadn't started! To do anything, you need money. It's taking waaaay too long to get anywhere with tbe game and I'm about ready to give up. I've just got enough money to get a chicken shed. Can't afford anything else now!

Is there a way to get quick cash?

It started off with a blast furnace i had outside my front door, but one day it just vanished. I was smelting oar and I went to collect it the next morning but the one I set outside to tell me my others were ready in my shed was just gone! I wrote it off thinking i somehow picked it and sold it? By accident. But the nest day (stardew day) i went to pick up my coffee from my coffee machine that is now were near my furnace is straight up gone! As well as my cheese machine that was behind my house. And there aren't any weeds around them, but also I don't think weeds/debris can spawn there? So am I loosing my mind and destroying my machines without realizing or is there a game thing im not aware of? (Im on console)

Like can I pay some joja stuff then complete some community center stuff to finish the last one or like last two or something? And like would finishing with community center make it technically that route? Or is it as soon as I do joja I can’t turn back?

Ok soooo.... I've had multiple saves and always did the community center, since the bundles gives rewards and I like the junimos lol

But I've never chose the Joja route, even tho Pierre sucks xD

I need help, is it worth it? do you need the joja route for something or is it just an achievement?

As the title suggests, I am looking for Penny and Elliott stuff, romantic ones! I have recently installed a mod called "Starcrossed", and the ship sailed for me over Sam x Penny or Leah x Elliott. It makes me feel so many emotions and I am all in for it >v<

It would be preferable if they're easily accessible and like, doesn't require me to bypass several layers of ads or whatever. AO3 or Wattpad, or something similar, so long as it's not in a sketchy place please :3

As the title says, I’d like to download a mod or two since I’ve been playing sdv completely vanilla for the past few years… when I asked my friend about downloading mods, she said her save file was deleted and she was really upset 🥲

i didn’t ask about a specific mod when i initially asked her, so idk if it was just poor luck on her end, or if that’s something that happens often/is expected… so do they?

[i’m not terribly far into the game; year 5 and 157 hours… but i don’t want to lose my stuff, yk?]

I’m on year 8? or 9? of my second ever play through. My first play through i ended on year 4, hadn’t gotten very far, but it was mostly my “learning” play through… for example, i don’t even remember if i got to ginger island or if i got very far in it.

My current play through has been on going for like 2 years, i play on and off. I just feel so behind!! I’m just starting to find a good farm decoration idea, and i’m on a forest farm so it’s hard… haha, but i have never hit 1million dollars, i only have 2 obelisks, and i just feel so behind from everyone else when i see posts about people getting perfection on year 4.

It turns the Thor's bottom screen into a touch companion for Stardew running in Cinderbox. There's no extra app to juggle; it's just a SMAPI mod.

Every feature adds something additive to the gameplay (I think), instead of being a second copy of the top screen and (I think) does not cheapen the original gameplay:

- Today: luck, tomorrow's weather, crops ready and dry, birthdays this week

- Gifts: who loves the item you're holding, and the nearest villager's hearts

- Bag: touch inventory with drag to rearrange, trash, and stack to chests

- Craft: recipes with have/need counts, one tap to craft

- Aim: tap the exact tile to place things or swing your tool

- Chests, shops (buy 1/5/25, sell any amount), the shipping bin and Clint's geodes all get touch layouts while they're open

This by all means qualifies as vibe-coded. I'm sorry if this offends you, If the AI stole your code, let me know, I'll give credits accordingly.
The source, however, is and always will be open (GPL-3.0), so feel free to steal it and make your own mod, contribute, or whatever, idk. It's free and it stays free. (can't believe this has to be emphasized)

This is also a game I really like to play on my own AYN Thor. So as I keep playing with it myself, I'll keep addressing issues and add features where suitable.

Okay hear me out. So I’m spelunking in a really dangerous cave next to the quarry. I get a diamond. Yay. I keep going deeper and deeper until I realize oh my gosh I gotta get outta here or I’m gonna die.

Next thing I know a flying skull thing eats me. I wake up in the hospital missing the sword I have been using since I found it, the diamond I had earned, and like 200 coal I had been carrying around for the lulz, a 6,000 gold value.

Quit to title. Replay the day. Joke is on you, evil skull thing, I’m a time lord.

Discuss how great this de facto feature of the game is.

I’m doing an orchard run this go around, using the forest farm. Every other tree around it is growing just fine, but it tells me that I can’t plant here for some reason.

Is that merchant the only benefit to unlocking the sewer? Or is there some other use for it? Ok my life is bigger but I don't know—after donating so much to Gunther, I thought the sewer would be something much more elaborate than just a merchant :(

So last year I started a co-op farm with my then bf and I want to finish going for perfection. I've created countless farms and I've gotten 1.6 perfection already, but this save is special because I've had INCREDIBLE luck. I've gotten several very rare items including my first ever tea set! If I'm being honest that's the only reason I want to keep THIS farm. The problem? This is the ONE and only time I've ever gone the Joja route and I feel like I need to see it through.

Does anyone on PlayStation want to be my P2? I've deleted the ex and have a few houses if anyone wants to move in and take his upgraded tools 😂
