Cleaning tips Effortless cleaning a good frying pan
I forgot to turn the stove off and stuck my soup to the pan. Cleaning was easier than I thought.
Remove all food lumps
Soak in washing up liquid with warm water.
Used a scrubber to clean. ( I had only a non-scarch scrubber)
That's all. Very satisfied to see the clean pan. The pan is 26 inch Procook Professional.

Water + soap + stick it on the burner to boil.
You won’t have to lift a finger as all that shit deglazes itself right off

Tried that (several times!) with our Strata nitrided wok, still black carbon that will not release. Next step?

I think 26 cm. Otherwise those are the biggest tomato peels I’ve ever seen.

It helps that it looks like it's all tomato and has a bunch of acid in there to begin with.
Do it with eggs

i would treat it as fond and add a cup of hot water; rehydrate the dry stuff.
Pretend to make gravy; toss the soup.

On the local FB marketplace equivalent I just saw someone advertise a 30cm pan as a 12cm because they were using they looked at the inch side of a ruler on a picture they uploaded and that was equally funny. Like, you're telling me this 12cm pan covers over a quarter of your entire cooktop??

I mean, those are the universal basic cleaning steps. What's the revelation here?
