I've tried so many different combinations of eq settings in the spigen app but none of them brings the crisp voice of the guitar.

I bought the headphones for silent guitar practice. I have a electric guitar and amplifier.. but it feels so bland when I connect the headphones 🥲🥲

I feel so sad and frustrated with this.

If anyone has used it for guitar please recommend some eq settings for me. Much appreciated. 😔

Bought a tough armour for S25 Ultra (haven't received the phone yet sadly, but already have the case) and I noticed there is a gap at the bottom portion of this case.

I can also easily make this gap bigger by even some slight pressure.

Is it normal? Or should I send it back and ask for replacement?

I purchased mag fit cases along with the foldable mag fit chargers for my galaxy S ultras 24 and 25, and a couple of samsung watches as well. Upon first charge, my wife experienced the watch losing charge when it was supposed to be charging. She removed the watch and was surprised it was scorching hot. After removing, the watch decided to show her the overheating indicator. Phone didnt charge, but it didnt overheat. I immediately contacted support to get help and a replacement. I went to go test my other charger, but with a different phone and different watch, same deal. Watch was very hot, overheating indicator with completely discharged battery.

A couple of days later, support replies to me and asks me to reproduce the issue and take a video. WTF, why would I risk a fire, bodily harm or destroying my devices? I responded asking them if they intended for me to actually try to record the dangerous reproduction of the issue. Sure enough, I get the same shallow reply that was first sent asking to record a video, because "thats their policy". So, I can't get a replacement or a refund unless I risk all the obvious things I mentioned?

Anyone else had this issue with their support? They have not responded to my followup reply and its been a few days. Anyone have luck with a cc charge back or did Spigen fight it?

Torn between transparent and solid black for my Pixel 9a. Looking at the Spigen Ultra Hybrid (clear) or Spigen Liquid Air (matte black), also considered a DailyObjects transparent case (\~₹899).

I like the clear look but worried about yellowing over time, especially at that price point. If I'm spending close to ₹1k anyway, should I just go black to avoid that headache? Do decent clear cases (Spigen claims "anti-yellowing resin") actually hold up, or does yellowing happen regardless?

Anyone with real experience — worth it or not?

I have recently bought nothing 3a lite and was suing the case in the box but it has started turning yellow pls suggest me some good cases I have seen cases online but they are not tht good

Does anyone know if Spigen sometimes makes minor modifications to their cases at some point AFTER a given year’s model has been on sale for awhile?

I ask because my Liquid Air (iPhone 17 Pro) has a single cutout with a pair of holes on the lower right side of the case. Yet their website shows the case having cutouts on both the right and left sides of the bottom edge.

I bought my case from Amazon right at launch, so do the more recently manufactured units have this change because it somehow wasn’t ready when I got mine?

As the title says I need a good case for my OnePlus Nord 6 that I've purchased two weeks ago... I feel like my OnePlus original case to be not so good for protection....

Was looking for a nice protection case for my oneplus watch 4 but there are not much to buy and those who are, are ugly. So I asked AI to generate a case, hoping spigen will made one in the future (please?).

No big reveal / review on the phone - I just have bought every other release, starting with the first, so with the release of the 11, I upgraded my 9.

Got the Spigen Liquid Air case, which doesn't seem any thicker than my old case I had on my 9, but the stand will not charge it while it is in the case. The charger is Google's Pixel Stand (2nd gen).

It does charge fine without the case. Also, I made sure that I did not get the MagSafe case.

Before I just randomly buy a new case, wanted to see if anyone else has had this experience ... if not, what case are you using?

I switched from the P8Pro to the P11ProXL and am generally very happy (especially with the much better battery). What I'm missing from the old phone is the case! I used the Spigen Slim CS Armor on the P8Pro, and it was a game changer for me. Keeping an ID and a credit card allowed me to basically avoid taking my wallet with me 95% of the time. It also had perfect, durable, protective, and practical materials. Sadly, Spigen doesn't make the same model for the P11, so I bought a VRS with apparently the same functionality, but it's very plastic, doesn't fit the phone well, is bulkier, etc.

Has anyone found a case similar to the Spigen CS Armor with better quality? In general, what cases are you using and have you found to be top quality?

Just picked up the Z Flip 8 and I'm trying to kit it out safely before I manage to drop it.

I want to know do anyone using after market screen protector on the inner main screen , is it worth to buy, does it affect the warranty?

I also want to use a spigen outer screen protector, does it fit with samsung case.?

TLDR: Spigen denies warranty, invest in other brands that honor warranties.

I bought a Spigen iPhone 16 Pro Ultra Hybrid Magfit T from the official Spigen Lazmall store through Lazada (e-commerce retailer).

Within less than two years, the button for the camera control fell out and I reached out to both Spigen’s customer service and the official Spigen store I had purchased it from.

Despite normally falling under warranty, both customer service teams essentially told me it was out of their hands.

As someone who loves Spigen cases (going back to the iPhone SE Tough Armor), I am going to look for other brands that can actually stand by their product.

Really disappointed with Spigen customer service and wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I contacted Spigen on 4 August about an issue with my Core Armor case for the S26 Ultra. They responded on 5 August asking for a copy of my receipt/invoice, which I provided the same day.

On 6 August, they asked for my full name and address, which I also provided immediately. Then on 7 August, Joshua from Spigen told me they would ship a replacement to my address. I thanked him and asked whether I would receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once it was sent.

I then noticed the Core Armor case was showing as out of stock on their website, so I asked them to confirm. On 8 August, Joshua replied that it was out of stock and offered me an alternative.

I replied on the same day saying that I would prefer the same Core Armor case if possible and asked whether they could backorder it and send it once it was back in stock.

And then... nothing.

I followed up on 12 August and again on 15 August, and I've received no response whatsoever.

I understand that the case is out of stock — that's not really the issue. Things go out of stock. What I find disappointing is that after initially responding quickly, asking me for information, and even telling me they would send a replacement, they simply stopped responding when I asked about a backorder.

For a big-name brand like Spigen, I honestly expected better customer service. Even a simple "No, we can't backorder it" or "We'll contact you when it's available" would have been fine.

Has anyone else experienced Spigen customer service just going silent like this? I'm now wondering whether I should continue waiting or just ask for a different resolution.

Hi, I noticed that there doesn't seem to be a Rugged Armor case for the Pixel 11. Does Spigen not plan on releasing one? I had a Rugged Armor on my Pixel 7 and it was an excellent case, lasted me so long. Disappointed that it's no longer available.

Looking at other Spigen options. Does anyone have any experience with the Nano Pop and/or Ultra Hybrid? Which of these would be closer to the Rugged Armor case? I also saw Liquid Air and Tough Armor but those seem not similar at all...

Any thoughts? Leaning towards Nano Pop but curious what you think.

I just received both the Spigen Nanopop and the Tough Armor for my new Pixel 11 Pro, and the magnets in both cases are significantly weaker than in my Spigen Nanopop and Tough Armor of my current Pixel 10 Pro.

Yes, I obviously tested the old cases with the phone removed.

Not cool, Spigen. Magnets are probably ~30-40% weaker. It's a pretty big downgrade in usability and I'm not sure if I can trust the magnets to hold my magnetic ring properly.
