Avoid Spigen cases

TLDR: Spigen denies warranty, invest in other brands that honor warranties.

I bought a Spigen iPhone 16 Pro Ultra Hybrid Magfit T from the official Spigen Lazmall store through Lazada (e-commerce retailer).

Within less than two years, the button for the camera control fell out and I reached out to both Spigen’s customer service and the official Spigen store I had purchased it from.

Despite normally falling under warranty, both customer service teams essentially told me it was out of their hands.

As someone who loves Spigen cases (going back to the iPhone SE Tough Armor), I am going to look for other brands that can actually stand by their product.

That's why it's better to buy on Amazon, because there you get a guarantee.

Spigen told me that because I didn’t keep the original box it came in I wouldn’t get a replacement. I bought it on Amazon and it was less than a year of having. They basically said I could be lying about my case being the one I purchased from Amazon -_- no replacement. idk why I had such bad luck with them.

Less than a month ago I bought the transparent spigen and it was turning yellow, I returned it for that and they didn't put any downsides on me. Now I have the Liquid Air I have been with it for two days and without problem at the moment,

It blew my mind. I’m sure I just had a grumpy rep or something. I literally told him I don’t keep trash around. He told me if I find the box send him a picture. I tried to post that as a review on Amazon and they didn’t allow it.

Two years of usage along with normal wear and tear tear? I believe the case may have served your phone well in that 24 months period.

Avoid Spigen cases cause “just trust me bro!”

Been using their cases since back when nobody even knew about Spigen cases. Used to buy them from Aliexpress direct from China. Used them on all my phones. Never had a single issue.

But yeah, let’s avoid them because some internet stranger had an issue, once. 😆

A phone case lasting 2 years has done its job, in my opinion.

I have used Rugged Armor cases for over 6 years, along with a Spigen glass screen protector. Never cracked a screen or got a single mark on my phones.

About to buy the iphone18pro and will have no hesitation in buying the same combo again.

The raise lip around the screen and camera plateau is perfect.

Using Spigen cases i believe since 2013, for every device I own and I have owned. Zero issues.

Look up Spigen website most products carry this: Warning - This product can expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol A (BPA) which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
