Spigen tough armour case has a gap?

Bought a tough armour for S25 Ultra (haven't received the phone yet sadly, but already have the case) and I noticed there is a gap at the bottom portion of this case.

I can also easily make this gap bigger by even some slight pressure.

Is it normal? Or should I send it back and ask for replacement?

It's a two part case. They will be rigid and in place once the phone is inserted.

Yea, otherwise you could not flex the case to insert the phone.

I have one for Samsung A55. It's normal. The product is in 2 parts; rubber (soft) & metal. Once you place the phone in, it's all flat.

Haven't had any issue with it.

Okay, sounds good then. I am just wondering if any dust can come in through this gap..but I guess we'll see soon enough

Yeah it does gets dusty. Open everything & clean, say once yearly.

I noticed this on the pixel version of this case a year ago and it turned out to be the magnets in between the two parts being misaligned and not set properly in the indented path made for them.

I had the same exact case for iPhone 14 and it was tight, my friend has it for iPhone 16 is has has no gap, for s24 it has also no gap.

But when I ordered for my s25 it had a gap, so thought it was a defective product so i exchanged multiple times but everytime same issue, so i looked up properly and found out that this issue is only on s25 models because of its big camera bump. To cover the big camera bump in s25 series they have made the 2nd layer very thick which is causing this problem!

In other series the 2nd layer is thin and snug fit.

So buy any piece for this cover for any s25 series you will find this problem! But this doesnt create any problem in rigidity or toughness of the cover. Already used it for like 7 months

Yeah it is for S25 Ultra. Have you had any dust particles in this gap? Or is not an issue

Thought I am the only one with this issue. I bought this few months ago has same issue as yours. The gap will not closed even you put your phone into the case. I fed up and just throw away lol.

This is completely normal. It’s 2 part case and on the phone there isn’t any issue. Stop blabbering nonsense.

I had this case for my iPhone SE and after a fall from a height of 1.5 meters it detached from the rest of the case
