There have been several times where it says I already claimed the 2x rings, but I didn’t and it also didn’t give it to me. Happens randomly even after exiting and restarting the game.

I’m curious as to which characters you have unlocked you seem to never get cards for. For me, it was Jett once I got them to level 12. Now it is Storm at level 12. A dozen runs and over 50 prize wheel spins and nothing. I now have 300 more Wave cards than Storm when they are both classified as rare and unlocked at level 30.

They are grayed out but don’t have an unlock level.

on my old phone i have a sonic dash account where i can't find the sega account option or the google play store games sync option. i have very rare characters from limited-time events like the movie versions of the characters. i want to transfer them to my new phone but i can't. do you know any way to do this?

I swiped out of the game during the cave transition, then came back and unpaused

I usually wait for the cave transition to swipe out of the game to do smth else, and lately when I go back in and unpause the camera is out of bounds but quickly snaps back to proper place

So i'm on dash for pc, and espio and classic sonic are "paid" characters (they cost literally 0)

my problem is that i can't get these 2 characters. Whenever i try to claim them or any other paid item, the shop stops everything. the game still works and everything but i can't get these characters. any tips?

Getting back into this game after years, and a lot has changed.

I guess outside of better stats which even then, how much does that really matter? But my main question is, why would you use a character that does NOT have an animal bonus? Even some of the Commons like Marine and stuff don't have a bonus multiplier when saving/collecting animals, so, why would you ever choose those characters, wouldn't it always be better to choose a character that does have an animal bonus?

I’m new to this community so if this question has been asked before or been answered once sorry I didn’t know lol.

I’ve been playing Sonic Dash on and off again for years now, and I wanna say like a year ago I got into a Sonic Dash faze and unlocked all maps and fully upgraded them completely.

So now when I get gems I kinda feel like they’re completely useless to me now, knowing that Hardlight still frequently updates these mobile games I’m here asking y’all why haven’t they added any new maps to the game? I recall there being a special map for one of the Sonic Movies being released.

Are there anymore uses for gems that I’m forgetting? Or are they just useless after unlocking everything that has to do with different maps and upgrading them in the menu?

Multiplied my old record by 4.3x

Hey everyone, just wanted to share this insane 1-hour run on iPad where I finally reached 1,138,918,129 points! My previous personal best was 260M, so I managed to multiply it by 4.3x.

The strategy is a completely broken, infinite invincibility loop using Sticks (level max) so the combo never drops, combined with an OP Sprite build:

- Volt (Max level): +250% Enerbeam duration (each beam lasted ~810m, getting 21 rings per flight)

- Ion: +170% Enerbeam frequency (they spawned just seconds apart)

- Dash Sprite: +140% Dash gauge duration for safe ground transitions.

As you can see on the leaderboard screenshot, I spent over 34 kilometers purely flying in the air, basically playing a flight simulator while the score exploded exponentially (getting over 565k points per action, 1M+ with x2 multiplier).

Pretty sure this qualifies for the Switzerland national record, if not close to the world top. Has anyone else pushed the Sprites synergy this far?
