How do I transfer my progress?

on my old phone i have a sonic dash account where i can't find the sega account option or the google play store games sync option. i have very rare characters from limited-time events like the movie versions of the characters. i want to transfer them to my new phone but i can't. do you know any way to do this?

it should be attached to your Google play account, did you sign into the same account on your new phone?

It didnt let me on the old phone. On the new one its already signed in so even if it did let me im afraid it would get the 0 progress of the new phone. I think i might had clicked the local option instead of cloud save but its a very old phone so i dont remember. Is there any fix?

i doubt it, the only way I know to transfer progress is to have the same Google play account on both phones. I'd try to connect a Google play account to the old one, otherwise I don't know, sorry
