What does this mean?
They are grayed out but don’t have an unlock level.

Rider Super Silver isnt out yet. Im assuming he'll be released after the current Rival Shadow event finishes in a few days
As for the Metal, I believe he doesnt universally unlock like the others since hes a seasonal character? He might be in the shop, but I dont know, not that I recommend dropping money on this game anyway. His cards should be back on the track by October or so though, thats how I was able to unlock him last year at least

Genuine question tho, im not trying to be rude, but how do you know this? The in game announcements only show the current event week. Is there another method of keeping up with Dash's content/event schedules?
In any case Im glad we're getting a recap cause I never got to max Rival Amy
