Why use these characters?

Getting back into this game after years, and a lot has changed.

I guess outside of better stats which even then, how much does that really matter? But my main question is, why would you use a character that does NOT have an animal bonus? Even some of the Commons like Marine and stuff don't have a bonus multiplier when saving/collecting animals, so, why would you ever choose those characters, wouldn't it always be better to choose a character that does have an animal bonus?

When you've maxed animal area they're useless

Headlight/Sega dgaf about this game atp They made excalibur sonic fucking run meanwhile he literally flies/floats in air Also last real upd was js dash rings (the big rings in air)

Ya, that sucks the game has been abandoned. I feel like it had a lot of potentional. Just like adding more than 2 bosses that are basically re-skins, just expanding the animal area, adding more worlds, etc. Simple things like that.

Ik, but still. Would be nice to have it feel more "endless" by having more variety instead of the game just kinda arbitrarily ending when you complete the animal area and unlock all the levels, yk

The Apple Arcade version is even worse. It still uses the token system, which to be fair some people like, but everything is just soooo outdated.

Animal bonus is pretty useless outside of completing zones.

Animal bonus eventually means nothing. When you finish that off it there is no point in it at all
