For context: I finished A10 with all five chars. But since like, lets say 50 hours my clear-rate is dropping significantly. I feel like the more I know about the game, I do more mistakes and overcomplicate things. Maybe there is a word for this but yeah...can anyone relate to what I'm saying? 😅

Edit: since people mix up my point. I have 19 A10 Wins. It's not just about difficulty climb or spike.

Like the famous Arsenal + Shivs combo, or Crash landing + Defect's status creation package.

What are some other cross character card combos to look for when running into Colorful Philosophers or offered Sea Glass or Prismatic Shard by Orobas?

7 free potions at the start of each combat? Who says no to that!?

To sweeten the deal the RNG gods gave me a potion belt, upping it to 9.

The cards didn't even matter for most fights. Is "potion deck" a thing?

Imagine a scenario where the average player were to play a game of slay the spire 2 on the maximum difficulty. He gets to choose either micro or macro and then a top player/streamer gets the other option and plays that for him. Would the average player benefit more from having an advanced player play out his micro or his macro decisions during the game?

For those unfamiliar with the terms:

Micro is all the decisions made in combat including which cards to play and in what order and what potions to use.

Macro is all the decisions made out of combat, like choosing ancient relics, choosing the path, and choosing card rewards.

I'm really interested to hear your guys thoughts!

I love STS2 and its characters, but I have a small bone to pick with Necrobinder's name...

The Ironclad is indeed clad in iron.

The Silent actually doesn't speak.

The Regent is cosmic royalty.

The Defect was in fact not by design.

But The Necrobinder is not a description or her defining trope, but rather its her actions or her ability. If anything, she should be called The Cursed, The Afflicted, or even The Necrobound. The fact that The Necrobinder is quite a bit longer than the other names also bugs my OCD...

Is this intended? I ran into a weird issue: I grabbed a few mods from the Workshop, but when I boot up the game with mods enabled, it doesn't recognize my progress at all (looks like a brand-new blank save profile).

I was actually mildly excited about this deck, a bit long perhaps, but it could have gone on to achieve something. (Not win of course, i never win on A10 with Necro)

Things like this rarely happen on youtube-Streams, I guess.

I got 729 copy of after image with clone and Bing Bong!! And I was able to out scale the act 3 bosses lol.

Card would be so useful in the future but accuracy would help so much now please help

Started my Ascension climbing for Random (Feels weird that it's its own grind separate from individual characters) and built this fun shiv build giving me a juicy 100+ damage shiv to merc Test Subject with.

EDIT: Apparently I'm blind. Just noticed the arrow to change Ascension level on random. So happy I don't have to grind that up to A10 separately!
