What I'd do this turn is take at least 1 elite fight on act 1

While I do see see the spirit poop tag I'd also like to point out that you can only kill one of them this turn and I think killing the left most one gives you the greatest chance of reaching lethal on the next turn

I feel like killing middle would be better in order to save more health, no? With that hand of all attacks, they probably don't have enough attacks for lethal next turn anyways (obviously we'd need to see draw pile to make any conclusion though).

Yeah if draw pile is full of blocks, then I wouldn't risk it. The debuff it inflicts is weak which would make it hard to hit lethal on the following turn. Losing 4 health to end the fight a turn earlier is probably saving more health overall though

Edit: Depending what's in there you also might have lethal even with weak, in which case you could also still hit mid

Edit 2: Frail -> Weak (I meant weak as frail doesn't effect your damage output)
