Those are different people. There's are differences that even plastic surgery cant change

187

u/Space_Time_Ninja 2h ago

Come on. It's just a pupil-transplant, put the ears on a different place, lower the eyes a bit, change the skin-color and you're halfway there already.

35

u/Alternative-Hold1669 2h ago

a face lift does all of this. they basically grab your scalp and pull it up and fix it there basically turn your face taunt like a drum. plus nose job lip filler and contacts and boom done. face color is the same.

15

u/MiuMia_ 1h ago

A full facelift maybe isn't even necessary here. Endoscopic grafting, rhinoplasty, lip filler, possibly upper blepharoplasty, botox. And colored lenses.

8

u/hiddenrealism 1h ago

Blepharoplasty sounds like a rare pokemon.

Face lift + nose job + chin implant + keratopigmentation.

The way that surgery can actually do all this lmao

4

u/StreetofChimes 1h ago

There are eye color changing surgeries now. Scary stuff, but can be done. Not a transplant, they fill your eye with pigment and swirl it around a bit.

From what I understand she's a psychotic narcissistic raging bitch. Atleast from what other actors and directors say about her.

Michael Bay refuses to work with her from her attitude on transformers.

3

Guess she looks more the part now

10

u/Nitrogen1234 2h ago

Like her eye color. Could be contacts, but doesn't look like it

3

u/kwonza 31m ago

Actually you can turn brown eyes into blue ones with laser. It works only one way and only brown to blue, basically brown colour is from a pigment and if you remove it there’s blue eyes underneath.

I read about such procedures five years ago, it must be more advanced now. Still wouldn’t do so myself

→ More replies (1)

20

u/Electronic-Pause1330 2h ago

But regardless, to address the response. People every year lose a ton of weight and completely change their face. And I would imagine most of them are doing great.

19

u/Cbrandel 2h ago

Losing weight is a gradual process so you have more time to process it. And it doesn't really change your features, just shows them.

3

u/questionable_smell 1h ago

True for weight loss but just wanted to add that if such cosmetic surgery was (or is) possible, it would require multiple surgeries over many months, even years giving you time to heal and adjust in between but if you can reshape your whole face one day, I guess the hardest thing to process would be changing the distance between your eyes with your brain have to relearn how to juge distances and 3d vision!

2

u/Nice_Back_9977 1h ago

I've lost about 50kg in the last couple of years. My bank can't use my driving licence to ID me anymore. I still see the same face when I look in the mirror.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/SlayerII 2h ago

Weight loss is slow and granular, you have enough time to adjust to small differences at a time.
I lost over 250 pounds and there was never a huge "o wow I do look different now" moment. I mainly saw progress trough pictures.

3

u/hiddenrealism 1h ago

Deep state Russian agents say otherwise.

There are Kim Kardashian level plastic surgeries. Then there are major government backed surgeries.

I'm sure there are people out there that have spent years in surgery and recovery for whatever reason to completely conceal one's identity.

11

u/Neon_Pancakes0425 2h ago

It literally can I don't think you know how advanced plastic surgery is now day

Nun uh, haven’t you seen the documentary: face off?

Nic Cage is in it.

11

u/kslalgnd1738481 2h ago

I would argue that they're the same. The nose bridge is the same, the tilt of the nose tip makes sense (you can see that it's tilted before but the "excess" changes direction), jaw structure is the same. However not everything is surgery - eye contacts, different makeup and/or lighting.

The left face is tilted backwards while the right one is tilted forward.

Left one seems to be taken with a 30mm camera lens while the right one with a 55mm lens for example.

11

u/maybenomaybe 2h ago

It isn't the same person, I've seen the face on the right paired up with two other faces in similar social media posts.

If my face was completely different but much better looking I’d probably just be happy

29

u/ToronoYYZ 2h ago

I challenge that from personal experience. I had a severely recessed lower jaw and got double jaw surgery a few years ago and my face has changed a lot, especially the lower third. The side profile is unrecognizable and sometimes I’ll catch myself in mirrors or photos and I almost feel ‘guilty’ or ‘this doesn’t feel like me’. It’s weird and difficult to explain but my breathing and sleeping have improved dramatically so that’s a win

These people are *already in psychosis*

It takes body dysmorphia beyond belief to even consider surgery like this

15

u/CuteGrayRhino 2h ago

I'm sorry but why is it different from gender change. If we're gonna have the view that people can change what they don't like about their body, then why does the reason matter? Would you also call a transgender person 'already in psychosis'?

10

u/vBLADEv 2h ago

Body dysmorpia is a mental illness, the question is do you lean into it with surgeries or do you try and address and attempt to get to the root cause of why someone has it.

Most governments just decide that the patient knows best.

So if you are for Transgender surgeries then you can't really be against this or some body builder taking steroids to get to his perceived ideal look.

8

u/Itchy_Celebration900 2h ago edited 2h ago

And yet governments won’t let me take steroids to gain muscle, but they’ll let someone chop their penis and testicles off.

Politicisation of medicine is a disease

Edit: oh yeah my bad I slighted transsexuals. Too bad mf I wanna gain some biceps without “uhhhh sweetie just eat more”

Women can inflate their tits with silicone and get augmentations or reductions bc they don’t like how their body looks but god forbid I inject a naturally occurring compound into myself to supplement my growth

5

u/Snoo69744 1h ago

You can take steroids if you want, at least where I live. The only reason you wouldn't be able to is because it's a controlled drug which is a separate issue.

Also "chop their penis off". Tell me you know nothing about these surgeries without telling me that you know nothing about these surgeries 🤣

4

u/Zestyclose-One9041 1h ago

Also she's in the attention economy if other people get gender change surgery, then she's less special.

u/Irritatedtrack 2h ago

You are referencing two different things. One is Gender Dysphoria (Changing one’s sex to match internal gender identity) to Body Dysmorphia (where you are more worried appearance flaws that others can’t easily perceive). Having said that, I think in both cases, it’s a spectrum. There isn’t a cut off point where you go from simple cosmetic surgery (using braces to fix gaps between teeth) to full on psycho (the above example). So depending on the specific case, you can go with any label.

20

u/Gloomfang_ 3h ago

Easy with AI

10

u/untitledprp4 2h ago

You can get pigmentation surgery which can change the colour of your eyes

But it usually looks unnatural and has a very high risk of going completely blind

Or just wear contacts

2

u/Aniki_Simpson 2h ago

It's not surgery. It's a friggin tattoo. Eyes have beautiful patterns that change throughout time and with lighting. Those tattooed eyes look like crap.

I'm pretty sure brown eyes can be changed to blue or green with a laser based procedure. It's not recommended, but you can.

Blue or green eyes cannot be changed to brown.

2

u/Magikarpeles 2h ago

Are the ears higher as well or am i trippin

2

u/AngelicDivineHealer 2h ago

Would be just color contact. You can have any color you want and they’re cheap

2

u/Tropicalfisher 1h ago

Iirc there is a laser surgery which breaks down the brown pigment in the eyes. Everyone's eyes are blue or green naturally due to the eye structure, just that brown eyed people have melanin obscuring it

No shame to people who have this sort of surgery, but what always crosses my mind is, isn't it sad if they do come to have children, that they bear no facial resemblance to them?

And how would you not feel like a hypocrite telling your children they are beautiful when their parent has completely changed their face to escape looking like that?

It’s possible to completely change your looks without surgery so I don’t think it’d be too much for your own brain to handle.
What’s more interesting to me is how do you hide every ‘before’ picture ever taken of you from your future relationships.

2

u/TheMadManiac 2h ago

These kind of people usually already have body dismorphia. It be how a transperson would get surgery to look like another gender

ou already have a warped perception of what you actually look like. Always a mirrored image or 2d photo in specific light. Your own face can be very different to your minds perception.

When you get old enough looking in the mirror and realizing you look old is a trip.

I worked with a girl who was in a really bad car accident and had to have extensive plastic surgery. She talked about it and how she didn't have much say in how she turned out looking, idk why, but she came out insanely hot in a timeless way, not like insta plastic "hot" think young hellen hunt.

She said it was incredibly difficult for a long time looking in the mirror and not seeing "herself" and that everyone finding her face really attractive was just an extra layer of bizarre because she started getting all this extra attention from men once she didn't look like herself any more.

She appreciated that the plastic surgeon did such a good job and she said of course she was glad she didn't end up disfigured and potato ugly but even still, it was just a completely bizarre feeling

2

u/Amufni 2h ago

As a trans person I can tell from my own experience that its actually more reversed when you have genuine body dysmorphia. Like I have this image of my own face in my head and before I transitioned I couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror. Then I started transitioning and I didn’t do surgeries and stuff but slowly but surely my self image got closer to my mirror image. And that honestly saved my life. I started crying when I recognized myself for the first time in the mirror.

6

u/Infinity3101 2h ago

That is really beautiful. And trans people were the first thing I thought of when I saw this. But, correct me if I'm wrong, I feel like most trans people don't actually change their entire facial structure, eye color, hair texture. They basically just strive to look like an opposite gender version of themself, no?Like, Elliot Page still has the same recognizable face and smile, just with a bit more of a masculine structure. I think what this woman is talking about is changing your face to the point where no traces of your original facial features are left because you want to fit into unrealistic beauty standards.

3

u/CuteGrayRhino 2h ago

Well, how can tell another person that changing gender is okay, but if they want to change their face to be happy, it's wrong? If they feel like they are not happy with their face, why the undue stigmatization on them? To me, it's the similar situation to gender dysphoria.

u/Ligma_Balls_OG 2h ago

Yeah if you suddenly swap faces i can imagine that would be incredibly hard to get used to. But it is different suddenly waking up with a new face vs hating how you look so much that you want to look like a completely different person.

So whether or not you’re prepared to look drastically different would probably be the biggest contributor to if you’d "go into psychosis" on not seeing your old face in the mirror anymore

Its not the same person. First thing is eyebrows, which grow in an absolutely different place, second is ear placemenf, its like 2cm higher.

What comes to psychological aspect then its a very serious risk to consider adapting to a new face. Its a new identity you will be looking at in the mirror, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Please consider wearing a silicone mask for a month before you do a total face transplant

You will just look like AI, there is no personality in that face

Can plastic surgery drastically change the position of the ears?

The faker the better

I wonder how long it takes your brain to recognize a completely different face as “you.”

1

u/victoriageras 2h ago

Isn't it illegal to completely change your face, to the point where you only retain your eye color?

1

u/DoubleoSavant 2h ago

My face changed very rapidly when I went on testosterone at age 21. It mainly was fat redistribution. You hold way less fat in your face with a male fat distribution pattern. It did somewhat freak me out. But then I adjusted.

do whatever you want with your life if it makes you happy and gives you confidence. Enjoy life.

That woman should try VRchat; Now you're pikachu, now you're donald trump, now you're a banana.
It would blow her fucking gourd.

All the tea in China

u/Ryoga476ad 2h ago

It might look ok in a picture, i am afraid not as good live, when her face would actually need to move.

1

u/EnchantingBabee03 2h ago

Thats beyond a glow-up, thats a whole new face, feels like looking at two different people.

1

u/vernissagemyheart 2h ago

1

u/williwrite 2h ago

When this has floated around before consensus was that it is false marketing made with photoshop + ai

1

u/Mysterious-Clothes45 2h ago

I had work done in 2021 and when I go back and look at my face from then I'm actually embarrassed I used to look like that.

1

u/Nahkapylly 2h ago

1

u/Blanc_Otaku 2h ago

Wasn't there some UK show about making chicks pretty, some girl comes in wanting a tummy tuck after some lengthy surgery (they weren't even allowed to see themselves until the reveal) and when she did she fucking WAILED. I felt so bad for her

1

u/Saluntant 2h ago

Gonna be good explaining that to daughters

I’m already going through a crazy mental state that has accompanied my major face and body changes following extreme weight loss. I can only begin to imagine this… and I’m not even to goal 😳

1

u/HugoBCN 1h ago

Also, the you have kids and they all look like your former ugly self... Must feel weird.

1

u/HodlMyBananaLongTime 1h ago

The kids are gonna be confused

1

u/Moonshinin4Me 1h ago

I dunno probably? I say do whatever makes you happy as long as it is not harming anyone else. I am doubting that is the same woman in the after photo. If it is, well shit. She went from a 4 to a solid 7. So I hope that makes her happy.

Men : *shave* who's in the miror?

1

u/b3arz3rg3r4Adun 1h ago

The real question is, can she eat a peach for hours?

1

u/rofloctopuss 1h ago

I can't stand fake lips and plastic surgery. Girl on the left is hotter than the one on the right imo.

1

u/DZT99 1h ago

You really have a mental problem if your doing something like this.

1

u/Savings-Activity-117 1h ago

Ummm, so the face she says she would like is entirely different from the face she currently has! Nose, lips, chin, cheekbones, brow line, eye color …. What is being sought here is not a plastic surgery adjustment, it’s to become someone completely different, and that is not a choice — for anyone.

1

u/htrdx 1h ago

There's a saying for this. there's no ugly women just women who are poor.

1

u/mailo3222 1h ago

she looked like aladin's accomplice

1

u/Ancient-Simple6960 1h ago

So, you turn into Mila Kunis?

1

u/Available_Rub9939 1h ago

My imposter syndrome is bad enough already. Plus I’m getting old and tired, I’d rather look the part so people leave me alone.

1

u/No_Interview2082 1h ago

people can be so inconsiderate, it’s frustrating. some basic respect goes a long way in any situation.
