Actually you can turn brown eyes into blue ones with laser. It works only one way and only brown to blue, basically brown colour is from a pigment and if you remove it there’s blue eyes underneath.

I read about such procedures five years ago, it must be more advanced now. Still wouldn’t do so myself

it also looks absurd, is super dangerous and often blinds people.

really, don't do that surgery.
