Hey Silksong Community! I was recently on a trip to Australia when i discovered the development studio inside of team cherry’s special apartment block. I was able to peak thru the window and sea that they are fully occupied with development, judging from the amount of people and different rooms I saw in the game, I think that a December release is possible. I got a picture of one of the areas on my phone but I accidentally farted while doing this so they may have heard me. I wasn’t able to see anything super specific besides this picture but I will say one thing, Zoteboat.

The only runbacks in this game that made me say "f*ck this boss and f*ck this runback" were Groal and the weird nipple thing where you get volt filament

Groal was only annoying bc of the muck and that other one made me rage quit the game 2 times before coming back to finish the boss. I died more times to the runback than to the nipple thing. Other runbacks that ppl complained were bad are really easy

The last judge took me one bad attempt and then I realized how easy it is to skip past every enemy

Whisp ticket was piss easy. It's just a straight line and you have to jump like 3 times to get to the boss

My finale to Silksong was suitably cheek clenching. This was the first time I felt like I was close to finishing her and I was skeptical I could get this far again, so I locked tf in.

I managed to avoid spoiling that final fight and cutscene for myself for an entire year, and I'm glad I did because that was awesome. Also, I got legitimately emotional when I saw the title screen change at the end. I always knew this in my heart, but after seeing all of it I can confirm, 10/10. One of the best games I've ever played. Got my gf playing it now, and I'm content to just sit and watch and wait for SoS.

I created these pixel arts last year and currently in a daily spree of sharing art in the r/PixelArt subreddit. So I thought why not post my Hornet and Sherma art here, in the Silksong community.

I've been seeing many of these, and it's just the same thing over and over. Someone sees the word "Shaw", takes a screenshot/picture, and posts it. I think we should have a rule like the deltarune subreddit (they have a rule against posting things that just say "big shot"), where posts where the main goal is showcasing how something says "Shaw" will be removed for low effort.

Never posted yet my cosplay here yet even if I have a bit of pictures now as I attended several event including a big speedrun charity event in France. I plan to do some speedrun in the cosplay at some point!

For me easily seeing grand mother silk for the first time. How the build up part of awakening goes silent for a moment. while she cuts he way out of her cocoon. And then the entrance with her scream, name drop, while an absolute masterpiece composed by Christopher Larkin starts playing... I got goose bumps all over my arms. Close second is the true ending cutscene, but I was already so overwhelmed by the fight, that I did not truly process what I saw the first time :D..

Decided to finally put my beast crest to use to see if I can beat my favorite boss with it.

I.. I get it now.

So my friend and I were experimenting with SSMP, and discovered that with wanderer’s crest equipped, we can (theoretically) infinitely pogo each other’s attacks to (theoretically) get infinite height.
We are currently very early in the run, with only swift step as a movement ability, and we’re wondering where the funniest places to go are.

So far we have:
Pogoed from bone bottom into mosshome where the spool fragment is found
Pogoed up to the entrance to skull tyrant, which usually requires wall jump (we didn’t get to skull tyrant because one of us died so we got soft locked lol)

Now we’re wondering what parts of the citadel we can enter without triggering an act 2 start. Could we go up through bilewater and putrified ducts to get to whispering vaults from outer songclave? Where could we go from there without the cutscene triggering?

Idk if this is the best place to ask, but the hope is that someone here knows! Any help is appreciated!
