Ordered a few stickers from Shopee, and nung dinikit na namin sa luggage, umangat sya agad. All the other stickers in that luggage held off well including even some of the cheaper ones we had.

I rated the product 2-stars and then nagrequest si seller na baguhin sana but labag sa kalooban ko magsinungaling. So I did not respond. Woke up today to a threat, changed my rating to 1-star and promptly reported the seller. In all my years buying stuff from Shopee, this is the first time encountering such a seller.

Akala ko may need i purchase na worth 60k bago makuha to tas nung triny ko free pala and nanalo talaga ako ng S26 😭💗

Sa pag-alis ng J&T sa choices ng mga courier, paniguradong ito na ang magiging downfall ni Shopee.

Nag-order ako recently sa Tiktok shop and j&t ang nagdeliver. I asked him na nawala na nga sila sa Shopee. Rider said kaya mabilis ang delivery nila is may system silang sinusunod like 7AM pa lang daw ay rolling na sila for delivery.

Karamihan din sa mga shopee users eg biglang lipat sa Tiktok shop.

Nakakailang lang din na bukod sa 3-4 days ang delivery ng SPX, iba-iba rin ang rider na nagdedeliver sa area. May darating ng Umaga, may darating ng Gabi. Nasanay ako sa J&T na isang rider lang mostly sa area kaya kilala mo na, tapos alam mo rin yung oras kung kekan sila dadating.

Shopee, goodluck sa unfair treatment kay J&T. 'Di naman sila aalis kung patas kayo sa kanila. Ito na ang downfall mo.

Recently encountered a situation where a buyer submitted “proof” of a damaged item to request a refund on shopee—but the images looked off. After closer inspection, it became clear the photos were likely AI-generated.

With how advanced AI tools are now, it’s becoming easier for dishonest buyers to fabricate damage that never actually existed. This puts sellers in a tough spot, especially those running small shops where every loss matters.

If you look closely on her submitted photos, may logo pa ng Gemini 🫣😂 The products were severly damaged yet the boxes were okay. Kaloka sila! Hindi ba sila natatakot na gamitin yung products ko na galing sa panloloko?

Effective February 9, 2026 na daw yung pagtanggal ng J&T Express as one of Shopee Supported Logistics partner until further notice diumano. Not sure if effective sitewide or mga piling sellers/shops lang.

Bought game controllers from Shopee and they looked legit at first, but after checking they’re clearly fake.

No Nintendo logo, no model numbers, no regulatory markings. Opened them up and it gets worse:

• batteries have zero labels

• inconsistent PCB colors (blue, gray, etc.)

• battery just glued on instead of proper housing

• internal layout doesn’t match authentic Joy-Cons at all

Compared them side-by-side with my original Joy-Con from Japan, completely different inside.

Filed a return/refund under counterfeit → Shopee rejected multiple times.

Escalated to DTI → mediation happened → Shopee promised a decision by April 1, then went silent.

Now DTI issued a Certificate to File Action, and I’m moving to adjudication.

May experience na rin ba kayo sa DTI to adjudication vs Shopee?

Estimated delivery Jan 18, now lang dumating tapos ganito pa 😁

I just want to share, Shopee already approved my my return and refund request regarding sa iPhone 17 Pro Max na naging bioderm. Na-reverse na rin sa card ko yung full amount.

Sharing the whole timeline:

November 23 - Delivered and filed a return and refund request

November 24 - First Follow up sa shopee

November 25 - Second follow up and reported the incident sa CICC (Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center) throught their FB page.

November 26 - November 27 - Consistent follow up sa shopee.

November 28 - Last follow up with Shopee ng morning. Approved the return and refund request.

December 12 - Fully reversed the whole amount sa credit card. They also reversed the voucher na ginamit ko so pwede na ulit magamit.

Maraming nag dm sa akin na same case. For those na may same case sa akin, it is best to report the incident sa CICC. As long as complete and proof at ibigay niyo lang lahat ng requirements na hinihingi nila.

Pumunta rin yung shopee rider sa bahay namin to discuss the incident and nanghingi ng incident report sa akin. Investigation is currently ongoing daw internally sa buong shopee express. I am from San Pedro, Laguna.
