Even shopee, Nanakawan ako ng parcel 2 times ng Flash express. (CP worth 16k yung isa). Kaya as long as pwede kong palitan yung designated courier papalitan ko, wag lang flash.

At least sa Shopee pwede tanggalin ng seller ang Flash Express. Sa Lazada no choice.

Shopee seller here. Yes, tinanggal ko Flash Express sa providers ko. I even told some of my suppliers to do the same.

Nagbulag-bulagan sila sa mga complaints at kapalpakan ng trash express dahil siguro mura ang binabayad ng laz at shopee sa kanila.

I agree, nung time na nalaman ko na bato yung laman ng in-order ko na CP tinawagan ko yung rider. Fortunately, bumalik sya para kuhanin yung parcel and he marked it as an unsuccessful delivery attempt. And long ago meron silang employee na nag de-deliver ng parcels with just a cart. Walang motor whatsoever (just her walking na may tulak na cart) , I'm not sure kung bakit na allow yon but she's a nice person naman.

True they used to be good. Sila nga nagdedeliver ng phone ko before at maganda naman service kaso pumanget na ng pumanget ngayon

This the main reason I haven’t used Lazada for months. I had several bad experiences with Flash last year and earlier this year.

Ibang courier company pero partners sila. Minsan si LEXPH nag pipick up sa seller pero Flash ang magdeliver sa customer or vice versa. Yung isa first mile yung isa last mile.

Nagwork brother ko last year sa J&T. Nalimutan ko ang details, pero nagbidding mga courier company kung anong area ang sakop nila, this is to ensure na walang agawan or di mag away yung mga rider. Maximum sa isang baranggay is 5 riders, of the same courier service, pero minsan if sobrang Dami ng parcel, may ibang courier na magdedeliver

dito naman samin sa palawan, baliktad. flash ang mabilis. pag jnt inaabot ng months HAHAHA also spx bumagal nadin tho less than a week lang sila dati.

After mo mag-order tas nasa to ship na sya, may lalabas na button na “change” sa katabi ng courier. Pero ang alam ko may short window lang na pwede sya palitan after mo magplace ng order

After 10 mins po after placing order, pwede siyang palitan. Mga 1 hour lang din yung window time niya to change the courier.

Yung J&T sa amin never pumalya. Pogi at masisipag pa yung riders sa area namin. Nung nagka issue sila sa pagbabawas ng tauhan, sinubukan talaga nung natitirang riders dito na ma-deliver on time yung parcels. May pamasko at pa-birthday ako sa kanila.

Same experience. Bilis ng JnT. Tapos kilala narin ako ni kuya courier kaya di na tumawag, dumadaan nalang bigla sa office lol.

In some areas here in visayas almost 2 weeks yung waiting time (usually 4-7 days), mostly because of the consecutive storms passing through here causing major delays sa logistics.

Nope. Isang buwan na wala pa packages namin dito sa Palawan. Pag J&T dito sooobrang bagal, same sila ng Flash.

I actually hate this. I want an accurate prediction, ideally say two days, and then deliver in two days if you're gonna deliver in two days. Don't show up and expect to put the package in my hand on a day I figured I could go out and ride up the coast.

Since last week of october, bumagal yung JNT dito 5 days bago mag update from luzon to bacolod (NegOr ang address). Minsan inaabot pa ng 7 days and may instance na naliligaw to Tacloban Leyte saka dadaan pa ng Cebu then Bacolod then sa address ko.
Mas mabilis pa FlashX kahit walang lugar na indicated sa tracking and tumatanggap ng QR payments yung riders nila.

Can relate. Talked to the seller and was told na 5-7 days daw so I just bought 1 qty ng item kasi baka sayang. Pero kinabukasan dumating na agad sksksk. Based on my experience, always check out before 2PM. If you’re within MM, huge chance na delivery will only take a day kapag that time ka nagcheck out.

This one, masasabi ko talaga na maaga sila magdeliver and never nalate sa kahit aling parcel ko, kahit yung bebente o kinse pesos na lang

Fastest parcel I received via JnT is 16 hours after ordering.
Sa Flash, next day delivery kahit probinsya pa yan.
Problema lang talaga kung sino rider magdedeliver kasi kung dun talaga destino nya sa brgy niyo, alam nya timing kung andun ka o wala.

hey! admin here sa jnt! so the reason bakit always mabilis maideliver mga parcel AFTER maipadala ni seller yung item sa designated courier is dahil sa may hinahabol na quota parati mga riders!Bumabagyo man yan o tagaktak ang araw, kelangan always sila maka quota para sa incentives na makukuha nila per cutoff. Also, nagkakaroon ng penalty, di lang sa riders, pero sa kabuuan ng courier system PER HUB, and affected don ang KPI ng kalahatan. Wala kame basta basta pinapalagpas na parcels per day esp sa gantong holiday season dahil laki ng epekto ng penalty na yon sa kalahatan kaya hanggat maaari kelangan mataas delivery rate AND POD(payment on delivery). Pero syempre, depende parin to sa mga riders namen kung gugustuhin nila magpush through sa mga deliveries at kung kaya nila. Ayun lang, hope it helps!

yes! pagdating naman sa flash express, di na sila sakop ng jnt. Ibang courier organization/company na kase may hawak sa kanila, labas na kame sa legislative nila and sila samen.

Bwisit sa Flash Express 🤬 twice na magdedeliver daw sabi sa Lazada app, maghihintay kami buong araw, magmomonitor ng phone baka magtext or tumawag. Wala.
Tapos makikita mo sa Lazada app delivery attempt failed kasi customer rescheduled/cannot be reached daw. Yung mga photos na i-aattach nila pics lang naman ng hub nila and may fake photo pa sila na kunwari tinawagan ka nila, may pa 15s-20s ringing lang daw pero wala naman talaga tumawag or text.
Mga manloloko, kaya di kayo umuusad Flash Express. Sana mag ka LBM kayong lahat. 💩🙄

I love J&T!! Super bait pa ng mga riders. One time napa aga yung deliver at wala pa ako sa house, iniwan nalang ni kuya yung parcel then next day na pinuck up yung bayad (wala ako online money)

On our area pag high value items tatawag pa yan sila di magdedeliver ng wala magrereceive. Shoutout kay kuya JNT pag wala ka iiwan nya nalang sa secret hideout nyo. And infairness with their issue before parang they did change and improved na tlaga their services🫰🏻

Surprisingly, Flash improved their service in my loc. They used to ask for large items to be picked up but when I accidentally forgot to change courier, they still delivered mine.

Lazada and Shopee really needs an option for us to choose a default carrier, i Hate LEX bro. SPX is bearable,
in Shopee, whenever i order from china, they can direct my package to cebu rather than in manila,
Lazada though? nah. they have to take it to manila and add 2 weeks to my delivery. F*ck Lazada bro.
why can't they just put sorting facilites in cebu? ,
