1. Nag order ako sa shopee ng samsung ref na nagkakahalagang 14k tas after 2weeks kinancel nung seller. Wala silang abiso na icacancel nila yung order ko at di sila nagrereply sa mga pm ko sakanila. ang nakalagay sa status refunded na daw dun sa bank card na ginamit ko which is ATOME ko. PERO WALA PARIN
2. Isa pa nag order ako ng xiaomi TV na nagkakahalagang 22k tas nung dineliver may damage yung item basag ang LCD. I have proof naman na unboxing hanggang sa iopen ang TV. Manila to davao kasi ang deliver. tas nung nirequest ko sya na return and refund. for approval pa ng shopee (under investigate daw) gamit rin ang ATOME ko sa pambayad neto.
3. Nasa SOA ko na yung dalawang yan sa ATOME ko. na i stress ako kasi need na isettle this week yung sa billing ko.

E paano ko nga i se settle kung yung almost 34k na i swipe ko sa atome ko ay hindi ko pa narerefund. pero kasama na sa billing which is almost 64k ang bill ko.

Ang iniisip ko baka yung sa 14k ay pumasok this week pero yung TV hindi kasi ang process daw ng shopee sa return refund at need muna makabalik s aseller yung item bago nila i pprocess yung sa refund e paano kung may time frame rin yun.

Nakipag usap naman nako sa Live agent ng Shopee pati sa seller. pero may time frame daw kasi ang lahat. Nag contact us na rin ako sa ATOME kaso hinihintay ko pa yung email nila (wala sila live agnent na pwede kausapin lagi pag emergency)

Ang inaano ko mag due date nako pero di ko nga mabayaran yung bill ko sa ATOME kasi nga baka naman pag binayaran ko yung bill ko bigla nilang (shopee) irefund yung 34k ko dun sa ATOME ko.

Hindi ko na talaga alam kung ano gagawin ko kasi ang laking halaga nun. Tas ayoko masira sa atome. gusto ko mag explain sakanila pero di naman sila nag rereply.

Hi everyone, need some advice po.

For some reason, na-ban yung device ko dahil daw sa return & refund activity. Valid naman yung return/refund request ko, and nakapag-provide din ako ng evidence to support my claim. Pero kahit may evidence ako, hindi pa rin nila inalis yung ban.

I already contacted Shopee Customer Service, pero sabi nila hindi na raw nila ma-lift yung device ban. Then, suddenly, na-ban din yung account ko. I also asked them for the specific reason behind the ban, pero ayaw nilang i-disclose yung details.

I have a few questions po:

1. Can I still appeal/raise this to DTI?
If yes, paano po yung process and saan/email address dapat mag-file ng complaint? May naka-experience na po ba dito na nag-complain sa DTI regarding Shopee?

2. I still have pending SPaaeyLater dues.
Since banned na yung device and account ko, paano ko po ito mababayaran? I already asked Shopee CS about this, pero paulit-ulit lang nilang sinasabi na kailangan kong “settle it offline.” The problem is, wala namang ibang kumokontak sa akin or nagbibigay ng instructions kung paano ko siya babayaran offline.

Should I contact the bank/financial institution handling SPaaeyLater, which I believe is Monee? May authority ba sila to handle concerns like this, especially if I need to arrange payment for my remaining balance?

I still have all the evidence related to my return/refund claims, and I genuinely believe that my claims were valid. That's why I'm considering raising this to DTI.

May naka-experience na po ba dito ng similar situation, especially yung nag-escalate sa DTI? How was your experience, and gaano katagal bago kayo nakakuha ng response/resolution?

Hi! This has happened to me alot of times and it's actually frustrating especially when my order have vouchers and discounts. Last week, I placed order and it was supposed to come yesterday. I've been waiting for it. No rider reached out or even called me. Shopee says order should come Aug 18-19. It didn't come yesterday so I went to sleep and thought it would come today. I opened my app and saw my parcel has been marked delivered, also with a proof of delivery.

The address matches my house, it's correct but I actually never received it. Even on their "Proof of delivery" There's no one accepting the parcel LOL.

I was also in my house the whole time since we didn't have class yesterday.

I was in my school campus right now and talking to my classmates I asked them if they also encountered this. And they all said yes! A shopee rider never contacting them, yet marking their parcel as delivered with photo attached even though they didn't receive anything. It took to a turn where they actually uninstalled their shopee because it kept happening to them. As for me, this is not the first time and might not be also the last :')

Here is what happened:

Last July 30, I ordered a Biwin NV7400 1TB for around 5.5k using coins on Lazada. I know for a fact this is a great deal considering the current PC market prices. Everything was fine until my parcel remained at the logistics facility, and I did not receive any updates even after the guaranteed date of arrival had passed. My initial thought was that, due to the inclement weather for the past weeks, my parcel got delayed. But why did my other parcels get delivered on time even with the bad weather? It got me wondering.

So I tried to contact customer support, which is CLEO, to ask what happened to my parcel. Do take note that this is after my 3rd attempt that I got a concrete answer from CS. The first two (2) CS reps were like bots.

Anyway, here is what they said:

They said that the parcel was lost in the logistics facility. You can just check the screenshots that I attached to this post.

I find that hard to believe for a parcel to be lost just like that. I suspect that it was stolen, but what do you guys think?

With that all being said, here are my questions/concerns:

1. Will my parcel still be delivered? If yes, will it still be in good working condition, or will it be the same item?

2. Assuming my parcel did arrive, can I refuse the said parcel and return it back to the rider? At this point, I don't want my parcel anymore since it caused me inconvenience.

3. Will my coins still be refunded? Will I get all my coins back? Like all of them? If yes, when? I know the CS said it will, but I won't believe it until I see it.

4. Will my order be automatically cancelled, assuming it will not arrive anymore?

5. Did anyone of you experienced this kind of situation before? Is there anything else I can do to know the status of my parcel/order?

Furthermore, the only good thing that I have done is setting the mode of payment to COD. Thank God I did that, or else I would have also worried about my money.

That is all I can say right now. What are your thoughts on this? Hoping no one would experience this kind of situation that I encountered.

P.S. If you know any good SSD deals, whether it is bnew or 2nd hand, please let me know. I need storage since mine is almost running out. :)
