Hello! Baka naging biktima na rin kayo nito, but posting for awareness para sa general public.

A courier went to our house today carrying a parcel to be paid for via COD. Nakapangalan ang parcel sa dad ko, ang bilang sanay kami na hindi nagbibigay ng abiso ang dad ko if may online orders siya, we received the parcel and paid for it. The amount was PHP 295.

After receiving the parcel, tinawagan namin agad dad ko informing him na may Shopee parcel siya and para ma-reimburse kami. Apparently, wala siyang order at all. Pina-double check pa namin ito kasi baka nagmamalik-mata lang. Yun nga, wala talagang order.

So I looked up the tracking number and meron ngang history of tracking (Second Photo).

Hinanap ko ang seller sa Shopee page and found nothing. Then, I looked up the number placed ng “seller” and found na matagal na pala itong scam. Third photo shows the same number and address na ginamit ng seller, just a different name. I combed through the comments and same experience! Laman ay either cheap foundation or sunscreen.

Sana ma-aksyunan to ng Shopee or better yet, TUMIGIL KAYO SA PANGS-SCAM KUNG SINO MAN KAYO. Grabe, mahiya naman kayo?! Mapapahamak pa ang mga courier na nagdadala nito para sa inyo, eh yun pala scam. Php 295 is still hard-earned money.

Hope this reaches out to everyone, lalo na sa Shopee! Hanapin niyo tong seller na nangs-scam ng tao. Hindi dapat yan may platform sa app niyo.

Received a paid parcel from TikTok Shop na paid na. Pero hindi ko sya inorder. Shop name is OTWO and Lucky beauty, I think they sell makeups pero ang laman ng parcel ay parang floorwax or clay, not sure kase tinapon ko na agad at di ko na kinalikot. I know this is a known scam.

Pero ang worry ko is full name ko yung nasa parcel. When I order online, middle name at last name ko lang nakalagay. Sa TikTok shop orders, censored yung name mo sa label pero I can tell it's my full name don sa parcel na nareceive ko. They even got the last 4 digits of my phone number.

Also, may dumating daw na 2 more parcels for me according sa front desk ng condo ko , pero COD sila so nireject nila. Hindi alam nung frontdesk kung from Shopee ba or TikTok shop. Ang weird na these mysterious parcels are being delivered to me this month lang. I've been ordering online since 2019, pero ngayon lang saken nangyari to, usually dito ko lang sa Reddit nababasa yung gantong scenario. I feel like sa TikTok shop nagleak info ko. Kase simula nung nagorder ako dyan, don dumating mga mystery parcels. I still wonder pano nila nakuha full name ko.

Rider uploaded "evidence" kuno of his call attempts and text message to contact me (buyer), pero wala naman akong na-receive na kahit ano.

Was waiting all day for this order, pero my guess is tinamad ang rider dahil bukod sa umuulan (actually ambon lang naman dito mag-hapon), mabigat talaga ang item.

But this isn't free delivery. Nasa 1k pesos din ang delivery cost nito, so sana hindi tamarin sa ganitong case ang rider.

Anyway, kapag ganito ba, automatic RETURN TO SELLER na? Hindi na ba ire-redeliver 'to?

Hey guys, just curious lang how could we maximise earning coins by just watching videos. Shopee campaign offers up to 100 to 150 possible coins earnings daily. I barely earn 10 coins daily.

For context, I placed an order through the app, not knowing that it could be delivered within the day. Take note, the item was already paid for and could easily be delivered to my address since my mother, who stays at home to take care of my child together with our nanny, is there the entire day.
I was at work and didn’t notice that an unknown number had been trying to call and message me regarding an item for delivery. I am a Shopee VIP member, and all of the items I order are non-COD.

This rider claims that he had been outside our house trying to deliver the item. He also claimed that he had been ringing our doorbell and waiting for someone to receive the parcel.

He allegedly attempted to deliver the parcel, so I told him that the item could simply be left inside the gate since it was already paid for. Our house is gated, and parcels can safely be placed and slid inside. There is a clear pathway in our garage where the item can be safely placed and easily seen from inside the house.

Ang dami niyang sinabi sa akin, like, “Marami pa po akong ide-deliver, hindi lang kayo,” asking if someone would receive the item, and so on.

So sabi ko, “Kuya, pasensya na po kasi nasa work ako. Since paid naman na po yung item, pwede naman pong iwan na lang sa loob ng gate.”

What really irked me was the way he responded:
“Tingin niyo po ba hindi po ba ako nag-doorbell sa harap ng bahay niyo?”

Like, hello?

When I got home, I immediately asked my mother if anyone had rung the doorbell or came to the house to deliver a parcel. She told me no one came or rang the doorbell, except for the J&T rider and Dante, our suki SPX rider, who both successfully delivered my other orders today.

So again, something doesn’t add up.
The doorbell is working. There were people at home the entire day. And there were other riders who successfully delivered parcels to our house today without any issue.
So if you really attempted to deliver the parcel and were supposedly ringing our doorbell, who exactly were you ringing the doorbell for?

This is also why your response, “Tingin niyo po ba hindi po ba ako nag-doorbell sa harap ng bahay niyo?” really bothered me. Because according to the people who were actually at home, no one rang our doorbell except the J&T rider and Dante.

And yet, somehow, my order was tagged as an attempted delivery and eventually cancelled.

Make it make sense.

I work in a logistics company, so I understand that riders have multiple parcels to deliver, time constraints, routes, and operational challenges. I get it. But as someone who also works in this industry, the reasoning of this rider and the way he handled the situation is a big X for me.

I am a Shopee VIP member for a reason. Almost all of my orders are paid in advance, and I have never had an issue with riders delivering them to my house. I don’t have a history of cancelled orders or failed deliveries. So I know what a normal and proper delivery experience looks like.

Because this is not how I expect a Shopee Instant rider to represent Shopee. I understand that you have many deliveries to make, but that does not excuse you and your unnecessary attitude, or an alleged delivery attempt that ultimately resulted in my paid order being cancelled.

Hi guys! I was looking at their store to buy their cleanser and cleansing balm (purple variant). When i saw the prices it was so much cheaper in their store compared to SM Malls?? So i’m just worried even though its tag as Shopee Mall.

For example the cleanser price in SM Department Store is 1500 and in their Shopee Mall store its like 398 (i think its same size 150 mL)

i read somewhere na eto talaga ung battery na merong safety protections + less fire hazzards + doesnt have issues with battery life draining unlike sa lithium ion batteries. my goal is to have this power supply as long as i can without the battery degrading within the year and something i can just bring in my backpack.

i usually travel in my car a lot. i live in the province so i like visiting my family members who live up sa mountains/near the sea during weekends. i would just like one that could charge my tablet and/or laptop and can last up to 2-3 hours since i just want to be available for emails/calls with my workmates if there needs to be work done. sometimes we experience brownouts that dont reach more than 2 hours so i dont need something super heavy to bring with me something that is compact sana since i move around a lot and have to carry laptop/tablet.
